Now you know how it feels;
Being walked on,
Treated like a broken vase,
Being bent until you break,
Clutching onto happiness,
You'll have to let go eventually.
You broke our promise;
Shattering me to,
You left me,
Right when I needed you.
Now it's my turn to laugh,
My turn to stand my ground,
I'll keep my pride;
I'll let go of you,
I'll destory the broken bits.
You saw this coming,
How could you not know?
I'll be that rain cloud that follows you around,
I'll be that shadow you see in the mirror.
Let's go back to the past,
You think you know me?
Think again.

Some say the world will end in Fire,
Some say in Ice,
From what I've tasted of desire,
I hold with those who favor Fire,
But if I had to Perish twice,
I think I know enough of Hate,
To say for Destruction Ice is also Great,
And would Suffice.

Defiantly keep it Sugar. The words are powerful and it makes me think long and hard about the poem, what really got me was "You think you know me? Think again." So many times I have thought that and it reminded me of so many things. I think that is what I admire about you, everything you write makes me think of something that has happened to me or someone I know.
