Appearance: Loche has light brown eyes and bright copper hair that is maintained at about an 2 inches long. He is well built, and maintains his physique through daily excercise as well as sparring combat whenever he gets the chance. His clothes are normally grey and haggard, but still sturdy and form fitting. He will normally wrap his hands and feet in cloth, and will always wear a monk's robe given to him by his order, which is white with a hood and opens down the front.
Biography and/or Personality: Biography: Loche was born in a monastery in a remote valley far from heavily populated areas. His mother was a traveler, an human whose father went from town to village and sold/bought what he could to stay alive. When they were attacked by goblins heading into the valley, Loche's father, a elven monk, led a rescue and saved her and most of her family and friends. As her family moved on, she decided to stay with the monks, and as the monastery technically had no laws against marriage, she became the monk's wife.
Loche was born soon after, and grew up under the strict disciplines of the monastery's occupants. However, he did not resent being born into such a lifestyle, on the contrary he reveled in it's subtle ways of life and application of wisdom. He spent everyday in the monotonous routine of a monk, and was taught to focus his mind to reject all distractions and temptations, as well as harden his body to resist sickness and physical danger.
As part of Loche's official initiation into the monastery's Brotherhood, he had to choose to live under a vow of sacrifice. What these vows entailed were usually up to the individual monk so long as the Fathers approved, and ranged from a vow of silence and chastity to servitude and chivalry. Loche chose a vow of pilgrimage, to never rest, nor set foot on the land of his birth until he had obtained true enlightenment through his travels. The Fathers approved, and Loche set forth shortly after.
Personality: Loche is quiet, reserved, and meek. He will rarely speak to others unless spoken to, and never impose himself on another's kindness. However, his silence in the face of kindness gives others the impression that he is rude and ungrateful, and will generally cause many misunderstandings.
His monistic lifestyle is a far cry from how the rest of the world acts: his day to day life is very regimented, eating, sleeping, and meditating at very precise times of the day. In addition to this, all monks of his order are sworn to poverty as well as non-aggressiveness (With the exception of monks like his father who take a vow a chivalry). He will not harm any living creature unless it is in self defense.

(Ale in one (2SP/8lb.), Oil in other (10SP/10lb.)), a Hair brush, and a waterskin full of Ale (1GP/4lb) + 64GP, 41Sp
Appearance:
extremely long hair, which is strangely enough, very well kept. Roy also dons a lengthy beard, for fear he might kill himself while shaving (also very well kept). his hair is bright orange with streaks of a darker red. he has grossly pale complexion, and has a beer gut. he is naturally a big man, and is always laughing or giggling about something. he is always seen wearing layers of warm clothing, even in the most temperate of climates. another item he is always seen with, is ale. it could be in a waterskin, a clay pot, a flask, a mug, even the skull of a fallen enemy; it doesn't matter to Roy so long as it has booze in it. sometimes he is even seen with booze in one hand in the midst of a fight.
Biography and/or Personality:
Roy is first and foremost, a drunkard. secondly, he always thinks he is freezing for some odd reason, and is usually found wearing cold weather clothes. he is extremely loyal, although his gruff nature usually sends people in the other direction. in combat, he is faster than his alcohol usually permits him to be, and quick to defend any of his comrades, despite his condition. because of being perma-drunk, he usually has no idea what he is saying or doing (hence the low charisma lol). Depending on who is near, Roy's 'antics' can be seen as hilarious, or anger people around him. some people say he was born of a drunken woman in a bar, but there is no merit to this legend. Roy can't remember where he came from, partially to do with the injuries associated with barfighting, and partially to do with his large consumption of alcohol. all he remembers is that it was a cold place; probably why he wears such warm clothes. when he has found a person he likes, he will attempt to defend their honor at all times, regardless of if it needs defending. he is always cheery, and always seems to get in other people's personal space, attempting to tell a story; most of the time they don't even make sense. boasting about his sword which he cherishes (and named Clarice) is a hobby he can't get enough of. he also enjoys throwing things and setting things on fire(most likely in an attempt to keep warm)

Biography: Older sister to Aelia Garreth.
She worked under the church when she was very young, effectively being sold or a 'tribute' to the Church of St. Cuthbert from her village. From there, she learned everything there was to be a cleric. Grew up with only other clerics there to guide her. When she got older, she explored and learned how the St Cuthbert's operated in towns and villages.
She had planned to be a cleric in the same place she grew up in, but one day news reached her ear that her sister murdered a member of her religion and fled. In her young mind, this was outrageous. She vowed to capture her sister. To this day, she hunts her sister trying to find her and bring her to justice. And this has led her to the Lightning Storms...

Alignment: Neutral, “Undecided”
Deity: Saoirse was raised to worship Ehlonna, goddess of the woodlands, but now puts her faith in the god of rogues, Olidammara, though she is far from pious. In general she only feels a desire to pray when in need of aid or luck.
Other Gear: Backpack, Bedroll, Flint and Steel, Thieves’ Tools, Grappling Hook, Hempen Rope(50 ft), 29 GP, 9 SP.
Appearance: Saoirse possesses the soft, light skin, long, pointed ears, and deep green, almond-shaped eyes typical of an elf. In contrast to her small, steady hands and feet, well suited to the work of a Rogue, she stands at 5’4, the taller side of the races average height. The Rogue is clothed in studded armor, just a few shades darker than her hazelnut-brown, shoulder length hair, knee-high elfin-made leather boots, deeply worn by several decades worth of use, and a threadbare grey cloak, worn mostly when attempting to conceal herself. Despite the fact that Saoirse now ‘worships’ Olidamara, god of the rogues, she wears a thin chain bearing both his and Ehlonna’s symbols as something of a good luck charm.
Biography and/or Personality: Saoirse, though a full blooded elf, spent only the first 87 years of her life among the fair-folk. During this time she became somewhat attuned to her races strong will, indifference to world events and fondness of nature, but also failed to absorb their tendencies to express lower energy emotions and to slowly distribute trust. As a young elf among humans, an eleven year period during which time she ran the streets with a small band of human thieves, she became impulsive and filled with the short-lived race’s stories of silver, gold and rare treasure. The one that stuck with her most, that of Saogart the Grey (who entered the kings castle and ‘liberated’ the entire months tax collections and the queens crown.), went so far as to shape her adult name(Alaric Navid being her given one.). Having lost contact with her clan and family as a result of her early wanderlust, Saoirse now wanders the land on whatever whim hits her, aimlessly pursuing greater risks and their resulting rewards.
Saoirse, despite fostering a deep love of risk, prefers to sneak and snipe in place of outright melee or even long ranged combat.

Other Gear: Spellbook, Backpack, Flint and Stee, Blanket
Personality/History;
Steady-headed and down-to-earth, Denford seems an average-minded lad for his age, not quick to anger nor enquiring... except for when magic is on the line.
Born to a pair of city conjurers fond of displaying their talents in the metropolis square, he learnt the trade at home slowly by peeking glances at his mother's and father's spellbooks, never getting caught. At the age of sixteen, presented with a spellbook of his own inscribed with the six spells Acid Splash, Dancing Lights, Arcane Mark, Magic Missile, Obscuring Mist, and Mage Armour, and a small backpack with pockets, filled somewhat with clinking gold coins, he was sent off into the world to make a living for himself.
He left the city and, years later, came about a human-filled gatepost, within which he was detained for a few days while the soldiers posted there inspected his belongings; evidently the land past the gate was beleaguered by what survivors said were horrible storms, raining down hail the size of a book and lightning burning down entire villages. His spellbook was soon found, and a few stationed wizards attempted to read the script inscribed by Denford's parents, to no avail, and soon they requested he read it to them. Of course, as there was nothing in the tome that could possibly create a storm of similar magnitude that was described previously, he was let past into the vast, vast world that lay beyond the post...
For the previous few days he's had no luck finding shelter or people. Finally finding the familiar landmark of the Tor on the horizon, he angled his position towards it and headed off...
Appearance;
Clothed in a blue linen shirt and a pair of clothen leggings, his attire does practically nothing to defend him from the elements and combat. He wears all-purpose boots on the foot-wear side.
Denford has short, brown, unkempt hair; his eyes are the commonest shade of brown found in his parts. His skin is pale, no doubt due to the lack of sun seen in Faerun since the coming of the Lightning Storms. He stands approximately 5'7 and would weigh 107 lb. on a Terran scale.

Appearance: Elros is of average height for a half-elf, perhaps slightly on the tall side. His eyes are a deep turquoise and his hair is bright silver and falls past his shoulders. Elros does not tie it in any way, but simply lets it hang free. His face is narrow and long, somewhere in between the average shapes attributed to humans and elves, and his eyes are almond-shaped and tilted just slightly inward towards his pointy nose. His lips are thin, often curled in a half-grin. Elros is muscular, but not bulky, and his armor is slim-fitting. He wears a long, heavy coat over it for warmth.
Background:
Elros is the son of an elven father and human mother, and brother to an older sister, Selena, in a small coastal town near Waterdeep. At a young age, Elros would often accompany his father on treks into the City of Splendors, usually for shopping, or simply sight-seeing. The young half-elf did enjoy spending quality time with his pop. One morning, on one such excursion, Elros was approached by a street performer that offered to show him a magic trick with playing cards. Of course, the performer was no amateur, and mixed a little authentic magic into the display. Elros was delighted, of course, and from that moment he knew he would aspire to be able to perform magical feats of his own.
There was no magical talent in his own immediate family, however. His father was a skilled fisherman and his mother was a homemaker. Nevertheless, the two of them supported their son's aspirations, despite Selena's constant teasing. Elros' father stowed away enough money to send the boy to an esteemed school in Waterdeep, where his affinity for sorcerous spellcasting was first realized. Elros graduated as one of the prized students of his instructors, and brought his family great honor as the first one of them to achieve such a feat.
Afterwards, Elros' father refused to allow the boy to stay in the small town and make a fisherman out of himself; he insisted that Elros travel the world and put his talents to good use. Selena had already done the same.
A few days later, a traveling warrior named Rodehart passed through, and Elros opted to join the man in his adventures. Rodehart was more than delighted to take on an apprentice, and it was not long before Elros' martial abilities began to develop as well. Elros made an effort to combine his spellcasting with this swordfighting, much to the amazement of his teacher and companion Rodehart.
Eventually, the two parted ways as beloved friends, their own paths leading in different directions. Each of them accepted this, and neither begged the other to change course. And, of course, neither would forget the adventures they shared over their years together. Elros has been on his own since then.
Personality: Elros is very adventurous, and also somewhat mischievous. He enjoys using his magical cantrips to dazzle and confuse spectators, earning a few coins here and there for it when he tries hard enough. Elros is good-hearted and tries to do what he thinks is right, but cares little for rules and regulations, and therefore he often finds trouble with the law while in cities. Luckily, his adventurous nature causes him to spend most of his time away from civilization in search of rare prizes. He is friendly, but not completely outgoing; however, once Elros is befriended, he will prove a loyal companion, never sacrificing another for his own gain.
For a while now, Elros has been teaching himself the Draconic language, and carries with him a small tome detailing the language, as well as a collection of various scrolls and parchments written in Draconic for which he constantly works on translations.
When he is bored, Elros does one or both of two things: He reads and practices his Draconic, or he munches seeds from a pouch he carries on his belt, and spits the shells at random targets. Elros assigns himself points based on his accuracy, and over the years has become quite the seed-shell-marksman.
