Well, here I am.

Name / Age / Gender: Neil Shiftgrain / 18 / Male
Appearance: Neil has unruly blue hair which, with his exotic looking face, gives him a rather androgynously feminine appearance. His irises change color and his pupils change shape depending on the mood he is in. He wears a yellow zip-up raincoat lined with fur, and the zip takes the form of a keyhole. He wears black long shorts and a midnight blue t-shirt saying ‘Change approaches, like always’ in Hebrew (שינוי מתקרב, כמו תמיד).
Personality: Neil, despite his flamboyant appearance, has a bit of a temper problem. While he can keep his cool for a long time, this does not stop him from getting irritated to a very large degree. When he finally does lose his temper, only God may save his target. Apart from this, Neil is sarcastic, witty, degrading and downright unpleasant to be around. Despite these traits, Neil has a soft spot for people in trouble and will give them his two cents worth if or when he submits. Neil’s battle style also contradicts his personality: he is strategic, analytical and always waits for the opportunity. Ticking him off does not help to get the advantage against him at all.
Keyblade: World Revolution. Its charm is a small bell. It is light blue with scroll-like artwork on the sides of the shaft. The head at the end of the shaft consists of two once-intertwining spikes with another bell hanging from it. The half of the handle further from the main part of the Keyblade bends 45˚ and sports a half-ring close to the middle of the handle, allowing the Keyblade to be held like a gun. The guard looks like a large, hollow, four-pointed star.
Keyblade Powers:
1) World Revolution acts as an amplifier for Neil’s geomancer abilities.
2) Neil can fire magic blasts from the end of his Keyblade like Sora in his wisdom form.
3) Neil can eliminate all kinetic energy of an object that he slams World Revolution into, but only during the instant that he slammed the object with World Revolution.
Other: As a Keyblade wielder, Neil can use magic to a very large degree. World Revolution's unique handle shape allows it to be used as both a gun and a blade. Regardless of how he holds it, Neil always uses only one hand unless he needs to use two. Aside from World Revolution, Neil is a very talented Geomancer, being able to manipulate the terrain around him. He is also an excellent marksman alongside being a swordsman. For some reason or another, Neil also always carries around a metal rattle-shaped frame containing a bell.

Neil really didn't have a good reason to be happy at this point in time. As a result of the Heartless increase, the shops were raising their prices. Probably for life insurance, thought Neil. His tortoise Spencer had run away somewhere, never to be seen again until someone else finds him. So, right now, Neil was just carrying his shopping in his bags towards what he hoped was home. He's only lived in Hollow Bastion for a year, and during the last month, someone regained the town memories and the name 'Radiant Garden', which left Neil in a state of confusion as the memories of the previous town conflicted with his memories of the current town. Now he found himself in places that he was quite sure shouldn't be there.
Now, as he rounded another dunno-if-it's-supposed-to-be-there corner, he spotted something he didn't see everyday: two girls, one dressed up like a ninja with a giant shuriken, the other looking rather plain armed with a plain sword, fighting those Heartless. With the rather aggressive fighting style of the ninja, Neil didn't really know who was supposed to be shuddering in fear at this point in time.
Uh oh. One of the Heartless- a Crimson Jazz- noticed him.
It didn't last long, however. Once it got close enough, Neil just whipped out his little weapon: a bell covered in a rattle-shaped frame, and clubbed the Heartless in the face. Unfortunately for Neil, the Heartless' assault on him alerted the other Heartless of his presence.
And all Neil did was sigh and say "For god's sake..."
