Shien stayed knelt down on the ground while Jason went to go start up the ship. Keyblade Master? Was he ready to take on such a title? No, but he wouldn't deny it. Instead he'd try to prove he was worthy of it, maybe more to himself then anyone. He may know the moves, but knowing and utilizing were two different things. At least he was able to suppress Digen for the time being. Proving to himself that he could beat Digen, that's what he needed to start with. He had to train, and train hard any chance he got where Digen was completely suppressed. He couldn't afford to slack, he couldn't let everyone down. After all, he's now been given the rank of Keyblade Master, now it's time to really earn it.

As Jason started talking with Odie, Shien stood up and walked into the back. He never really spent much time training on the ship, but he always noticed training equipment in the back. Sure he couldn't really unleash magic on the inside of a ship in flight, but he could train his physical ability, which was the aspect he was weakest in anyway. He was always getting hurt, and always unable to keep up stamina and speed wise to block those hits that hurt him. There was no harm in any amount of training anyway.

------

Chromosone shrugged, it wasn't any of his concern if she actually joined or not. He wondered what Zen would do to her though, after all he never actually witnesses anyone refuse to join before. Maybe play hard to get so to speak, but not refuse. The commotion Destro was causing outside of the castle though, wasn't exactly quiet. Chromosone smiled a bit looking at Feather as she began walking away, to stop soon after. "If you wanna leave I won't try and stop you, however no harm in catching a show first, is there? It's not every day you get to see the boss fight." Chromosone didn't wait for a response, instead he just walked away, back towards the entrance stairs to the castle. It had a well enough view of the fight, where he wouldn't be caught in any crossfire. Although he did wonder what the girl would decide to do. Would she stop at the stairs to watch, or would she keep going and just leave completely. Oh well, either way didn't really matter to him.

------

Zen merely shook his head as he heard Destro speak. It wasn't the first time that he had to fight a Dark Heart to get them to join them, and to be honest it didn't really surprise him. Granted he wasn't the brainless idiot Zen had assumed he was at first, though he wasn't quite the tactical mind that Hanbei was either. He seemed to want his own task in the end, and while he may not be the easiest pawn to manipulate, the muscle he could add would be invaluable until someone kills him.

"Do you enjoy irony? We are the Guild of Darkness, and we've made our home base in the City of Light. You may be wondering what in the hell that has to do with the current situation. The answer, is not a damn thing, but I felt like sharing anyway. If it's a test of my strength you require then I will show you what you're asking for, but I do hope you can last longer then a single blow. Your blade won't kill me in a single blow, if you manage to even land one at all."

With a small smirk on Zen's face he cracked his neck, followed by his knuckles on both hands. Truth is he hasn't even gotten his hands dirty in a while, it would be good to make sure he wasn't getting rusty. After all, there were both groups of Keyblade wielding brats that he intended to kill. Dark or light, the Keyblade brats were all the same, and all deserved to die for that fact. "Well then, let us begin." As he finished his sentence a Blade similar looking to Destro's Reaper's Kiss, only made of pure darkness, appeared in his hand. As flames encircled his feet creating an aura of heat and fire around him, he just stared at Destro. "By the way, you shouldn't pity things people don't have. I haven't had a soul in a long time. Kings can't afford the luxury."

Destro balanced the Reaper's Kiss on his shoulder.
"So, we're soulless husks, then? Good. It's a lot easier to kill a puppet than a spirited being, anyway."
In the blink of an eye, he went right through Zen with his sword. Knowing that it was probably an afterimage, Destro began spraying attacks everywhere and whirling his sword around. He would be hit and least once in this salvo, and from there, he would be easier pray. Destro waited to see if there would be a counteroffensive.

Jason watched as the ship began to touch down. As the door opened, he saw that they had landed in a savannah. All of a sudden, his throat seized up and he fell to the ground.
"Aagh! Help!"
Suddenly, his body was encased in an aura, and there was an explosion of light.

When it cleared, he had been transported into a full-grown white lion.
"What the hell is this?!" he exclaimed, his voice suddenly sounding more like a roar.
"Shien, do you still have Sora's Journal?"
He tried to walk but sprawled down on his stomach.
"This sucks. Now I know how a baby deer feels."

Out in space, a sharp, triangular gummi ship shot through the cosmos like an arrow sailing toward its target. It was the Goldie, and piloting her was Rayn, of course. He'd been following a signal coming from Radiant Garden, but a cosmic storm had forced him to make a detour through parts of space that the ship didn't recognize. Not only that, the ship had suffered some damage from the detour and so it needed a place to touch down and repair itself. Rayn decided to land on the next planet he came across, which came into view rather quickly, "Guess there's as good as anywhere else." he muttered to himself as he prepared the landing cycle. Something went wrong, however, and the landing gears weren't function.

"That's just great, what else could go wrong!" shouted Rayn as he desperately tried to make the landing gear work again. When he had no luck he tightened his harness and gripped the controls, knowing he had no choice but to perform another crash landing. From the perspective of the planet, an object seemed to be falling from beyond the clouds, leaving a thin trail of grey smoke behind it. On the ship, Rayn tried his best to steer the ship into the most open area he could find. The best he could do was crash in a barren wasteland that appeared to be on the outskirts of a rather prosperous looking savannah. Were there any people here at all? Didn't seem likely, which meant Rayn was likely about to encounter wild animals and, as usual, the Heartless.

The ship made impact with the wasteland, sliding along the ground and leaving a crater-like indent in its wake. When the ship came to a stop, Rayn opened the bubble hatch, but flinched when it caused a bright flash of light. When Rayn opened his eyes, he felt shorter somehow, "Well, I don't feel that differently..." he said to himself, "...other than my tail feeling squished I feel just- Huh?" he stopped himself when he realized what he had said. His tail? He scrambled to climb out of the ship, his newly discovered claws leaving scratches that Goldie would automatically repair over time. He hit the dirt front first and tried to stand on his two feet, but found that to be rather impossible. He crawled to the nearest pond and finally saw his reflection.

"AH!" he screamed when he saw the reflection of a leopard staring back at him. The shout came out more like a hiss and growl, and it took a moment for Rayn to realize that he was staring at himself, "What the...?" he questioned, "Seriously? What the hell am I supposed to do with this body?"

"Well, you can start by running away..." said the voice of a commanding female.

"Huh?" Rayn turned around and immediately tensed up. A pack of dark-furred lionesses and single male lion surrounded him and were closing in.

"Yeah, run away, so we can hunt you down and tear you to pieces!" said the male in a voice that was a little too eager. It was strange, he was the male, and yet the pride was clearly led by the lioness who spoke.

"Who do you think you are, waltzing into our turf and drinking our water?" hissed a different lioness who wasn't the leader.

"Wait, you don't understand, I-" started Rayn.

"Too late." said the lead lioness before she gave a fang-filled smile, "Kill him." and they all pounced at once.

Feather grumbled before she walked out on the steps. "I might as well watch before I go." She stood there, watching as the man who decided to fight Zen swung madly.
"Sloppy." She said, shaking her head. "You should listen to the air around you for his movements." She waited a moment before mumbling, "Then again, I use the water in the air..."
Her thoughts had trailed off yet again. "Well, It seems like this might be long," she observed shortly before she said, "Zen, thanks for the offer, but I'm going to deny." She shouted before walking to the edge as to not get in the middle of the fight.
"Thank you anyways." She chucked softly before making her way to the giant descent of stairs.

Odie started forward when Jason shouted, but was quickly herself halted by the light. She hit the floor with a small thump, and instantly tried to roll herself back onto her feet, finding herself fluttering about with ruffled wings instead of hands. She whipped her head up, nearly scratching a wing with the sharp beak, and shifted herself so that she could get a good look. She was fairly small, and had white feathers down her front, with some black spots, leading down to some wicked talons, which she supposed indicated that she was some kind of bird of prey. She shifted to get a look at the inside of one wing, revealing black inside feathers, with the longer ones white. She noticed that she had extremely keen eyes, as she looked up at the lion that had been Jason, and what she hoped was Shien.
"Don't s'pose you guys have any idea what just happened?" She asked. She briefly felt a tingle down her back, between her wings, and had a brief mental flash of Rayn, but she pushed them down, focusing her mind instead on getting onto her talons. She found that she had a far easier job of that part, but staying on them was another matter. She'd clearly not been designed as a groundwalker, she thought as she wobbled, stretching her wings out for balance. She'd have to figure out this flying thing, walking wasn't going to be viable, and she'd have to be at least able to fly onto things her talons could grip, rather than the floor.

(RPG is messin up)

Sean gripped the steering stick of his gummi sship if it could be called that. The psycadelic space of inter-planetary travel split to show a savannah and a ship. "Eliminator X.." Muttered Sean. the samllest tear ever rolled down his cheek. He put down the landing gear and pulled up on the nose of the vehicle slowing his decent. When he touched down the door fell off, but Sean didn't care. He jumped to the ground and in a flash of light tourned into a baboon. "Cuz this isn't racist at all.." Sean muttered under his breath. He ran to Jason but as he wasn't used to his body tripped on his feet and rolled on the ground. He jumped up to save face and hit a pose. "Missed me?"

Jason looked up as a baboon rolled towards them. The creature struck a pose and asked if he missed him. Jason's face registered confusion, or at lest as much confusion as his new lion face could muster.
"You must have a case of mistaken identity. We have never met before."
He looked back toward the ship.

"Wow, I've never seen anything like that. We came to find a new watering hole, but found that instead."
He stood up, though his legs were wobbly.
"You seem to be a native to this jungle. Can you tell us where we are? No signs and all that."

"Native, me? Who do ya think drove that ship, Heartless?" In the diistance crickets were chirping despite it being midday. Sean brushed his knucles on his furry chest and inspected them as if shining them. " *cough* Anyway I'm... Sean! You remember, right?" Sean said with puppy dog eyes. "Fought with you for months! You know, good ol' Sean?"

Jason just looked at him for a minute. Looking into his eyes, he saw Sean's face flash before him. That voice...!
"Sean...?"
He then smiled.
"Sean!"

Jason pounced on him and briefly nuzzled him, just going off of his new instincts. He then jumped off of him.
"We thought the Harbingers got you! Where have you been, man?"
He was glowing with joy. If Sean was alive, then maybe Ashleigh, Shadow, and Devin were okay, as well.

Odie initially wasn't paying attention to the reunion going on behind her, as she was trying to line herself up to flap her way onto the back of a chair. She flapped her wings furiously, and was just starting to smile that she'd managed to take off when she realised she was going to fast and too high to catch the seat. She tried to turn and flap her wings so that she slowed down, but she'd already missed the chair. She made quite an impressive clang when she slammed into the wall. She flopped onto the seat itself, and shook her head to clear the stars, before struggling back onto her talons.
"That went better in my head..." She muttered.

Sean smiled and went to hug Jason but got a stomach full of lion shoulder. "OOF!" Sean hit the ground hard, but he was used to sudden impacts after ruffin' it with hoards of heartless for a year. He hugged Jason when he nuzzled him however, happy to be with his friend again after a year.
"Man, let me tell you! The heartless almost got me, ya know? And they broke us off from each other and secluded me! I just kept fighting and hackin' 'n' slashing, it was horrific the first couple months." Sean shuddered. "But after a while the heartless backed off a little, and it was... better to say the le-" Sean stopped mid-sentence and looked over at the source of the giant clang. Sean's new Keyblade, Revival, appeared in his right hand. "FIRG-" Sean stopped the incantation and the orb of flame on the tip of his Keyblade pointed at Odie dissipated. "Who's that?" He asked turning to Jason

"I'm Odie. Hi." She answered, turning about and getting ready to try again. This time, she used just one flap of her powerful wings. And ended up hanging upside down from the chair, barely clinging on with her talons. She flapped in panic briefly, before stilling and just pouting for a moment. And then she laughed at herself, at her inability to work out the flying mechanics. She knew she had to be quite a sight. Deciding to forego her wings, she slowly managed to drag herself upright with just her, evidently strong, talons. Once she was finally on top of the seat, she got a proper look at the baboon, and had a flash of fear and dark creatures. Heartless. There had to be thousands of them. She shuddered violently, and shook her head to clear the vision, before looking at him in slight awe. For a moment, she couldn't help but believe the vision, and he'd managed to make it back to Jason and Shien from that. Then, her mind reasserted itself that she had nothing to back that up, until she heard what they were talking about. Well, she could still be a little in awe, even if that flash hadn't been entirely true.

She briefly noted that these moments seemed to be starting to come stronger, and faster. Moments when her intuition told her something was wrong, or off, or up. Warned her, informed her, bragged to her. What if there was something to it? No, that was stupid. Psychics didn't exist. Surely, they didn't.

Jason smiled when Sean's weapon appeared.
"Sweet weapon, bro."
He then followed the weapon over to Odie.
"That's Odelia Iliad, but everyone calls her Odie. She's the newest member of our group and a newly-knighted Keyblade Master, following the teachings of the Strike Raid Sect of the Keyblade Society. She's also a great engineer."

He saw her shudder and took it as a result of her trying to fly. However, something in her eyes bothered him. It was like she had seen a ghost. Deciding not to press for now, he could sense Rayn's presence on the planet. His first instinct was to rush off to save him when he learned he was in danger, but that would defeat his purpose in trying to help him have more confidence in himself. Instead, he decided to use his Light-infused telepathy to help him help himself. He closed his eyes as he relayed the message.

Rayn, have no fear. Your powers still work in animal form. Use the Keyblade to rout these weaklings. Have faith in your heart and the Crimson Key. When you're finished trashing them, send up a flare. May the Light guide and protect you.

"Ah, my bad, well my name's Sean. Sorry for trying to roast you." Sean said rubbing his furry baboon head sheepishly. He held his new keyblade and saw it glisten in the open sun of the pridelands. "I guess all that time foraging and fighting of the heartless changed my heart in a way, so that my keyblade changed." Sean smiled widely, his wicked canines shining aswell. His eyes left his blade and bore into Jason's "So, Jason, what are we doing here in this world?"

"I second that question" Odie called over. She looked around from her new vantage point atop the chair, looking for something closer to the boys that she could glide to. She was half tempted to try and land on Sean's head, but she didn't really want to risk getting a talon in anyone's eye or skin. She also considered a promising pipe up a ways, but she didn't want to break anything while she didn't have hands to fix it. It briefly crossed her mind that she was numbing to strange things quicker than she'd ever expected she would, but she wasn't complaining, it was better than freaking out.

These damn lions certainly picked the wrong fight. Already in a sour mood because of his crashed ship, the attacking predators only irritated Rayn further. As they closed in, he growled, a faint glow of red appearing in his eyes just before they all pounced. When they did, he let out the biggest roar a Leopard could possibly produce, an explosion of red surging out of him and pushing back the entire pride, producing a shocked and puzzled look from her leader. She'd never seen such a thing before, at least not from anything other than her sworn enemy. Just as Rayn had turned to walk away without another word, he heard the voice of the commanding Lioness.

"Wait!" she called out, moving in front of him to maintain his attention, "Where did you learn to do that?"

Rayn just looked at her and narrowed his eyes, "I know what you're thinking, and the answer is no." he told her flat out and started walking again, "Besides, true power isn't learned. You don't choose it, it chooses you."

Zira could only growl at this, as if someone had told her the exact same thing once before, or something similar to it at least, "Fine, keep your secrets! I'll show you, and him, who has power!"

Rayn didn't pay her threat with much attention, though he did wonder who the "him" she spoke of was. He shrugged it off ultimately. As he approached the river, he remembered something. Highsmith had contacted him during that little confrontation, telling him to send them a flare.

"Flare, huh?" thought Rayn aloud to himself. There was only one trick he knew of to suit this purpose, but he wasn't sure how he would do it without hands. He tried summoning his Chaos Blade, and as usual it appeared in a flash of red light, only it was in his mouth. Well, this would be awkward. Rayn tilted his head so that the blade would point upward. He then closed his eyes and concentrated, causing a thin, red beam of light to shoot straight up. Only a blind man would be unable to see it.

Jason looked up as a red beam sliced through the tree tops.
"That must be Rayn. We need to rendezvous with him as quickly as possible."
Jason took careful steps in his new lion body and moved through the jungle. It was great to have Sean back, and it would be good for the team to be together again. He smiled and watched as Odie tried to keep up with them.

Destro smirked. Quick as a flash, he was behind Zen. He drew his sword and jerked it backwards, stopping just short of stabbing Zen. He would let the energy still going forward incapacitate him before he finished him off. This guy certainly had the potential to give him a challenge. But, he would have to see how good he really was when he was under pressure.

Odie keeping up involved, firstly, crashing into the door frame when she misjudged it, then fluttering clumsily from any kind of perch she could find to any other perch she could find. She continued to do this for a while, doing calculations in her head. Just how fast would she need to go to sustain flight for long enough? She looked like a bird of prey, she doubted she could go slowly. She glanced at the others, at this point a ways ahead, and decided to throw caution to the wind. Swinging herself forward on the branch, she spread her wings and gave one powerful flap, as she released her talons. That was okay for getting to them, though she nearly hit a few trees on her way. As she got close, she managed to tilt her wing slightly so that she was flying at them same speed they were running.
