Yeah, if we can get a few more people to join - maybe some guys? Witchy guys? Woww - I'll put the IC up. If not, Sammi and myself (and perhaps a few other, really nice people?) will create second characters to fill up the spaces until we get some more interest.

Name: Roland Derniva
Age: 42
Gender: Male
Role: Ventus, Eldest Male (Patriarch?)
Personality: Roland is a calm, contemplative male who prefers to see things out rather than take action. He trusts in the decency of others and is slow to anger, however, if he is angered he makes it known.
Bio: Roland was raised by the Ventus High Priestess from the day he was born. Since she was rather bold and rash, Roland naturally became calm and reserved. He is scholarly and studies ancient arts from tomes and texts more often than anything else, which has made him quite wise. He ascended past the other males in Ventus through this knowledge and is greatly revered and respected in the Coven.
Appearance:
Other: Roland has a short silver katar attached to his wrist at all times. He has never used it, but he carries it more as a precaution. Etched into the blade is the word "Aer" which is Latin for wind or air.

And sweet, the only two guys in the RP are in the same coven xP I think that all the other witches are going to have to rely on us if they want to continue their bloodlines. Our dudes are lucky o.O

Also, i was thinking about having this epic opening post...it would involve your character for my witch-dude.

Pretty much, my hunter would be riding into town and a band of random warriors would be following him. As they stormed into the village my witch-dude would be looking out the window and say "Ah, so it begins. Get the others, young Lucas."

Can't you just picture that? I mean the anger in the witch hunters and the calm, collected, yet despising vibe from my witch-dude?

Echo your idea's fab but maybe it would be better suited further in as the story progresses.

We were thinking along the lines of a single hunter happening across the village whilst out hunting. It can be manipulated to set the scene and also to help people to follow the plot without simply jumping in. It also gives time to show how the witches lives contrasted between warring with one another to warring with one another and also the hunters as well.

I suppose. I guess the witch war wasn't really standing out in my mind much because my two characters are kinda out of the loop on that. The hunter is obviously not part of the witch war and Roland is more of a philosopher and scholar than an actual witch. Although, I suppose he would have to be a participant since he is a high-ranking member of his coven.

EDIT: Also, your need to use the word fab is making my eyes bleed xP I hate when people do that to words...nothing personal though. o.O

Actually all of the covens are involved in the witch war, no matter how little that involvement may be.

Name: Peter Druce

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Role: Terra Coven

Personality: Being one of the younger witches in his coven Peter is a little naive and strives for the respect and acceptance of his fellow witches. As well as being naïve Peter is also a free spirit and tends to go with whatever idea first comes to mind. This often resulting in him getting into heaps of trouble and relying on other people to help him get out of it.

Bio: Having had a very strict upbringing, Peter had a very strained relationship with his mother, often resulting in heated arguments between them both. Shortly after Peter’s 16th birthday his mother passed away after contracting Consumption. Although they’d never had what might be called a strong relationship, the loss had a great effect on Peter and he soon sank into a dark depression. He hit rock-bottom within a matter of months, and while acting on the desire to end his life by attempting to get caught using his magick, he accidentally exposed his father, too. Peter managed to escape his fate as a result of a last-minute will to live, but felt compelled to watch his father burn from a safe distance. Since then he has had great difficulty carrying the guilt of his father’s death. The rest of the Terra Coven have tried their best to help him, but he has convinced most to give up on him. The High Priestess, however, still tends to keep a close eye on him, and although he openly expresses how annoying this is, he is secretly extremely grateful.
