Natsu gave a small pained smile. "Thanks." He said even though he knew she couldn't hear him. He felt bad. He had seen mom was gone on a date and he didn't want to meet the new date. He'd have to apologize when she got back.

Raksha couldn't help but laugh along with conner at tink. it was funny and was true. tink wasn't the best athletic person, but she had many other good qualitys also. with a sigh, she looked up as the girl she was partnered with came over shouting for her to get back on the court and to stop slacking of becauses she finally met someone as good as her. obviously this girl thought alot about her self. Raksha grunted at this and gor her tennis ball and through it with alot of force towards the girl.

Conner's eyes followed the ball. "Can I?" He was pointing towards the girl that had been shouting. You couldn't tell what he was thinking because his face was back to blank.

Jaime closed her eyes and sighed. She turned to face Danni "The reason i'm ignoring her is because i moved out and she doesn't know where i've been for the past two weeks. And i'm not in the mood to speak to her" Jaime said before finally opening her eyes and doodling on her hand.

Danni's mouth fell open. "What.. The.. Hell?!" She screamed, swiping at Jaime's arm, before she remembered where they were and dropped her voice level to a whisper. "What were you thinking?! Were you thinking at all? No!" She couldn't believe her friend could be so stupid. Yeah, okay, she'd moved out ages ago, but her parents always knew where she was, and they called and stuff... Sometimes. She'd never once even considered not telling her mom where she was. Not letting her through the door, maybe, but..

What was going on? She'd known Jaime for years, knew everything about her, she had no reason to leave home, did she? What had she been hiding from her? Danni sighed. "What happened?" she asked, calmer now. "And where have you been staying for the past two weeks?"

"Um...friends' couches?" Jaime chuckled. Even though she knew this was a serious matter she couldn't help but laugh. Just then the teacher walked in and asked them to open the'r books and write today's date and title. Jaime tore a page out of her notebook not caring whether or not the teacher saw and scribbled a note to Danni she thrusted the note at her hoping she wouldn't get caught, she wasn't in the mood for the whole r"ead the note out to the class ordeal". she leaned back in her chair and began playing with her hair.

Danni glanced down as Jaime shoved a note under her nose. Rolling her eyes, she ignored what had been written, and instead replied to the more important side of their conversation.

"No. Not a chance. You're staying with me, and I won't take no for an answer."

She folded the piece of paper in half and pushed it back to her friend just as the teacher started to write on the board. Pulling her book towards her, Danni quickly wrote the title in her neat, fluent handwriting and underlined it, before turning her gaze upon Jaime to study her face as she read the note.

" go right ahead" raksha said in response to conner. she flicked her hand well saying it and sat backdown.

Conner stood up. "Thanks." He ran over to the tennis courts and picked up Raksha's racket. He spun the handle in his hand before gripping it. He walked up to the net and talked with the girl on the other side then pointed towards his side of the court. "Okay! Let's play!" Conner tossed the ball to her and then jogged backwards to his spot on the court which was towards the back but in the middle.

Jaime read the note and laughed. "Whatever happened to smoking's bad for you you know?" she said passing the note back Danni. Jaime quickly began writing the date and title after recieving a very dirty look off the teacher. "This teacher's such a creep" she said to Danni under her breath. "Thanks by the way. For letting me stay" she said.

Tink flushed red as they laughed at her and then followed Rasha and Conner onto the court, only standing well out of the way.
Tink didn't know how Conner or the obviously-so-full-of-herself girl could play, but she did know one thing.
Raksha could beat the hell out of anyone at tennis.
She cocked her head to one side and watched as the two played ball.

Danni smiled. "Any time," she whispered back. "Plus, I cant have you without a proper place to stay, can I? What kind of friend would I be if I just left you?" She lowered her head to begin the work set, but looked up again as her name was shouted. "What?" she asked her surroundings.
"Danni! Stop talking!" It was the teacher. Crap.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Danni muttered, returning her gaze to the book infront of her.
"Get out of my classroom, and go to the office. Right. Now!"
"Go to hell." Standing up, she slid everything off her desk and into her bag, and left the classroom without a backward glance.

Raksha watched as the two started playing tennis. she wondered how long it would take for Conner to get annoyed. then again he had better patience then her. hack, everyone had better patience then her. especially when it came to sport. she watched as the girl served the ball, hitting with immense force. Raksha saw the ball heading for her and Tink, who were in the corner, and grabbed Tink’s arm and pulled her aside as the ball came and flew into the metal fence. the metal rattled and the ball fell to the floor. Raksha picked up the ball and through it to Conner.

Tink caught her breath, and blinked, Raksha was fast and had pulled her out of the way.
"Thanks.." She said, a little brethlessly, and grinned at Raksha.

Conner walked around the net and talked to the girl. Giving her advice about hitting softer and if she's going to put power behind it then she should have the ball spike close to the net to the player has to run up there. He went back to his side and tossed the ball gently up into the air and hit it, it wasn't a powerful hit but it touched the court about in the middle, perfect for her to hit it back.

Jaime fell about laughing when Danni got sent out of the room she was laughing so much that she too got sent to the offce and sat down next to her friend. "Go to hell?" she chuckled. "What do you think it will be this time? Detention?.. again" she sighed. "I could really do with a cigarette right now" she sighed and played with her hair.

Danni was sat outside the main office, doing all but twiddling her thumbs to keep herself from dying of bordom. She looked up when Jaime flounced down the corridor towards her, and smiled. "Probably," she agreed as her friend sat down next to her. "You shouldn't smoke so much, its bad for your health, and, quite honestly, it stinks." She wrinkled her nose in disgust at the thought of it.

They sat there for a little while longer, but nothing was happening. Danni nudged the office door with the toe of her shoe, and it swung open. No one was in there. "Screw this," she sighed, standing up. "I'm getting out of here, you coming?"

"I'm glad you asked. Of course i'm coming. Where to this time?" Jaime said opening the door for her friend. "Oh and by the way, smoking maybe bad for your health and yes it may stink, but it calms the nerves." she said while lighting up a cigarette. Not caring whether or not people saw.

" no problem." Raksha said with a little smile to tink. she then turned her attention back to the game infront of them. she watched as conner talked to the girl then went back to his side of the court and served the ball. it was a good serve and easiy for any beginner to hit back. the girl amazenly did hit it back and in a straight line. saying Raksha was amazed by thins was an understatement. she whisled then said, "the world must be coming to an end." of course she was joking.

thinking back, she guessed she could of told the girl some pointers but she didn't have the patience nor wont to couch any one. it just wasn't how Raksha did things.

Conner smiled and jogged forward to return the ball. He kept it simple for a while before adding force behind it. The only problem is is that he wasn't able to stop as quickly as she was. He was used to running long distances not short choppy ones. But it was fine he was only trying to help the girl.
