Power: Has the ability to change objects weight, even humans and animals, he can make them as heavy as a mountain or as light as air, but there are side effects to changing weight -- he becomes exhausted.
Bio: Keiji, as a child, often liked to mess with a veriety of assorted chemicals for fun. It didn't take his parents very long to realize their son enjoyed chemistry. As Keiji got older he became more and more fascinated with organic chemsitry, eventually leading him to join projects that allowed him to mess with the genetic make-up of animals and humans.
Other: Although he is very good at his work, he is often seen sleeping. It's not that he is exhausted from his powers, its just that he likes sleeping. But when there is work to do, he gives it his all and then some.
