"Any pissing about and i would have been killed" he said defensivly "Besides why take files when i can just take and ask you" he smiled. "for instance do you know the extent of your capability?"

Odyn shrugged lightly, guessing that it did make more sense to take him instead of some files that just talked about his capability. He then thought as he was asked about if he knew his own capabilities.
"Kinda. I know what I can and can't do, but they said that my strengths would grow as I did, so I don't know the full extent of it..." He said, wishing he was able to tell them more, but he didn't know.

Nym was rushing round the laboratory now, the alarms still ringing as if the pirates were still there; keeping everyone on alert even though it was evident that they were not there anymore. She was checking all the rooms to see what was taken, if anything was. She grimaced as she noted down which instruments were taken, wishing that these rooms could’ve been locked with better security – maybe she could do that for her next assignment after the one with the experiment known as Odyn. She ran a hand through her faded scarlet hair, a depressed sigh passing through her pink glossed lips, rather saddened by what had happened. They had all spent countless nights on these items, just for them to be stolen by a bunch of pirates – it sickened her.

She glanced behind her as someone walked past, her hazel eyes catching sight of magenta hair. Orpheus. She didn’t remember seeing him during the raid, and so was glad that he was still up and about – though wasn’t surprised that he wasn’t trying to fend off the pirates as she knew that it wasn’t exactly his style. She glanced back at the table of weapons and instruments, pretty sure that she had noted everything down before rushing out of the room, soon catching up with Orpheus. She was able to give the man a weak smile,
“It’s good to see that you’re still around. Some of us were worried about where you had disappeared to.” She said to him, wondering if he would explain what happened to him.

Thinking of you, wherever you are.

Orpheus was still trembling, mostly from the state of anxiety this attack had caused him to develop, but partly from an anger with himself at being unable to stop the pirates.
He waved half-heartedly upon seeing Nym.

"They took Odyn," he said, before muttering quickly to himself. "Well, to me it appeared that he wanted to go with them," he added, still shaking a little.
"Anyway, are you okay? Did they take anything else? Is the building structurally safe? Where's everyone else gone?" he asked.

Nym's jaw dropped slightly as he told her that Odyn had been taken, or rather, lured out. The news seemed to block out the other many questions that were asked as she pictured the image of the blonde boy talking with pirates, a happy smile on his face as he was helped out of the building.
"He probably wanted to explore the world - you know how he's always staring out the window's with that saddened expression. The pirates probably took advantage of that to lure him out." She mumbled to herself, soon realising that Orpheus had asked her many other things.

She handed over the list of stolen items, sighing heavily as she followed along beside him.
"I'm fine, they shut me out of the way to stop me from getting one of the gamma-ray guns out on them..." She said, a smirk rising on her face as she thought about what would've happened if she managed to get the gun out on one of the pirates. "There are a couple of large holes blasted through the 4th and 5th floors, cannon balls smashed straight through. Some of the others are putting up supports for the those floors so we don't loose them completely, others are attending to any wounded by the blast and raid - and then there are a couple trying to track down where the pirates are going. We need to get everything they stole back as soon as possible." She explained, sounding like she had alot of authority, though she had hardly any authourity at all.

Loki nodded "I see." he said as an idea came to him, it was mad but if the boy wasn't sure of his abilities then maybe Loki could test it. He felt bad about the thought, isn't that what the scientists had been doing? Then again, Loki's idea of testing was completely different from any other, drawing his cutless he threw it at the boy...

Odyn's eyes widened slightly at the cutless that was thrown at him, quickly side stepping it and snatching it out of the air as the handle of it passed by. He glanced at the blade, wondering why it had been thrown at him, looking over at Loki with a bewildered expression.
"What was that all about?!" He asked, wondering if there was more of that to come. Was it a test of some kind, or a genuine attempt to attack him?

Loki smiled "Sorry," he said, "If you don't want to you don't have to." he drew his other cutless. "But it could be fun." he shrugged, studying the boy with a gentle eye.

Odyn watched as Loki draw another blade similar, or maybe the same, as the one he held. He looked at the captain in the single seeing eye, wondering what was going to be done now. Was he going to throw another blade at him, or if he was going to fight with him. Fun? He guessed it could be fun, something do at least. He glanced at the blade in his hand, thinking that this could've become interesting.
"If you say it'll be fun..." Odyn said quietly as he raised the blade he was holding, waiting for whatever Loki was going to do this time, a small smile giving him that mischevious look.

Loki nodded, seeing his ready stance. Loki took a step forward, aiming a hit with his cutlass, he wasn't sure if this fight could becomg fatal but he hightly doubted it. The boy was strong and Loki was fast. But then again if Odyn really was a weapon did the captain have a chance? All of these thoughts rushed through Loki's minde as he made that first move, as he gave the first swing. The captain and the boy would dance by moonlight, Loki smiled. He liked the sound of that.

Odyn watched as Loki moved forward, making the first swing. He wondered how this would go, as it wasn't like the usual fight where he knew the enemy's weaknesses and was able to defeat it in a matter of moments. This was some genuine practise, and something totally new to him. He moved to clash his blade with Loki's, simply knocking it back as he watched his newest opponent, waiting for some sort of flaw to be seen for him to act upon.
He veered left, making a quick swing at the captain to distract him a little and test him on his reactions. He didn't plan on hurting the captain, and so kept a deliberate distance between Loki and the blade, as this was only supposed to be a bit of fun.

Loki brought his blade away and then brang it up to block to the left. He wondered why the boy was being so tentative. He twisted the blade as he stepped back, bringing it up he faked a movement o the right then aimed for Odyn's neck. Loki enjoyed sparring, it was one o the few active games on the ship, mostly his crew gambled in their spare time, playing games of cards and dice.

Odyn watched the movement of the blade, once again raising his own to block the hit, though this time he turned his blade against Loki's, turning his arm and pushing down sharply on Loki's blade, giving the captain the choice to let go or come down to the same level as the cutlass. Odyn didn't really give him long for the decision, as while he was low on the ground he made a swift sweeping movement with his leg - aiming to take Loki's legs from under him and make him fall to the floor, though he couldn't be sure if his actions would be seen.

Loki was astounded by Odyn's speed, and even more suprised when he hit the floor, his cutlass leaving his hand and spinning across the deck. He looked up at Odyn, shocked for a moment, but the shock soon left his face as he composed himself. He smiled "Well done Odyn." he siad, he went to get up, slipping his hand to his belt he drew his glock and pointed it a the boy. I wonder, how would a weapon get out of this one.

Odyn doubted that Loki would give up after he was unarmed, and wasn't surprised to see him bring something else out on him. Odyn looked up at Loki, as he was still in the position after his last attack, knowing that he wouldn't have time to stand up normally and then disarm - he'd be shot instantly. He then noticed how he only held the glock in one hand, not reinforcing his grip on it with his other hand - a weakness.

Another mischevious smile played on the boy's face as he began to move again. He turn his arms, hoisting the rest of his body up backwards in a rather athletic manner, kicking at the glock as he came close to it. He then threw his weight over his head and landing on the deck on both feet, his gaze instantly flicking back to Loki as he wanted to see what he had done. He knew it was a risky move, but it was the best one he could come up with in that situation. A backward pull-over with a kick as he passed - though he hadn't thrown all his strength into the kick as he didn't want to hurt Loki too badly.

Loki let the glock drop, seeing Odyn go over his head he quickly concentrated on the spot just in front of where Odyn would lan, he closed his eyes and when he opened them he was standing in front of Odyn. He pulled back his arm and threw a light punch towards the boys stomach. Just hard enouh fo it to hurt a little.

Odyn hadn't expected Loki to be right there infront of him, it threw him off enough for the punch to hit. He grimaced, it had been a while since he had actually been hit. He pulled in a deep breath, straightening himself up enough to hit back, returning Loki's light punch to the stomach, doubting it would hit because of his suddenly sloppy delivery.

Loki caught the boys fist and twisted it hard, he used his other hand to spin the boy around and then held the boys other arm up behind his back. "Got you" he growled. He was sure he wouldn't have won if he hadn't put Odyn off by transporting. But he was a pirate, which meant that he didnt play fair. Ever.

It happened too fast for Odyn to keep up with, suddenly be held in a way that would be painful when he moved. He struggled a little, testing Loki's grip on his arm. He had to think like a pirate now, play unfair, unlike how he would back at the lab. He glanced over his shoulder at Loki as he growled, then glancing down at their feet. There was a chance he could break the hold, but it would either take him down with Loki, or cause himself some pain. No pain, no gain... That's what the scientists would've told him.

He moved his foot so that it was behind the foot that Loki put most of his weight on, then making a sharp push back, aiming to make Loki topple over again. If he let go, then he could pin him with ease, if not, he'd go down with Loki, land ontop of him and have to wrestle out of his grip from there.

Loki gasped as he was thrown backwards, he kept hold of Odyn, pulling him with him. He grinned, the boy learned quickly. As he landed he quickly rolled, using his weight to gain the advantage, he pinned the boy under him, holding his hands down. In truth he wasn't that heavy fo his age, but he was heavier than a 15 year old boy. Then again Odyn was supposedly a weapon, a lethal weapon.

Odyn hadn't expected to be taken down with him, and now struggled against Loki's weight as he pinned him down. He hands clenched into fists as Loki held them down, needing quite a bit of strength to get Loki off of him. He had not used all his strength in this fight yet, and so was unsure whether Loki was expecting him to use it all.
He struggled at first, to lift his arm with Loki's strength and weight put down on it, but he got it moving eventually, moving it enough to shake off Loki's grip and then elbow the captain in the side, hoping that he let go long enough for him to roll out of the way.
