"Yes, I understood what you said." Kokumo told him, turning away from the fountain so she could sit at it's edge. She dipped her fingers into the water, gasping at it's freezing temperature but shocked when koi fish swarmed around her hand to swim round it in a circle, like a living bracelet of orange and white.

"It's just, I speak better French then English, but if your French is not too good, thenI don't--" She stopped in mid sentence, and then reached up with her hand that had been in the water to the back of her head. The koi fish dispersed, startled. Kokumo didn't touch her head with her wet hand, and she looked incredibly shocked.

Oh my... It felt like someone jabbed a needle in my head... She thought, then her fingers began to tingle, her mind picking up alot of distressing waves. Hungry waves, frightened waves... Prime animal insticts. Kokumo new her telepathic and animal speaking abilities were working together to send her a distress signal; something very dangerous was about to happen and she should get out, quick! She raised her head to look at the school building and something came to mind...

Ali... Was it Ali who was hurting? Was he losing control over his lycan side, like werewolves did in the movies. Kokumo stood, her eyes never leave the school. Then her gaze snapped to Victor.

"Ali is in trouble. I can sense it. Come, we must find him before..." Before what? Kokumo didn't know, but she knew it would be bad. She turned her gaze back to the school building and without warning sprinted towards it. What would she do when she found Ali as a dangerous, nervous wreck?... She wasn't entirely sure, all she knew was that he needed her help...

Ali paced his room quickly running his fingers through his hair " I don't know what to do" He said to himself trying to distract his aching mind. Picking up a glass of water he drank it slowly. " I have to control myself but... I can't it's too much!" Gripping the glass tight in his hand. the solid shattering due to his tight grip. Growling in anger he walked quickly to his bathroom washing his hand the clear water turning a murky red. Looking at his reflection in his mirror he groaned as the smell of his own blood made the matters worse.

Walking back into the main room Ali roared in anger bringing his fist on the desk hard causing the items on it to tremble.

"Yes, I understood what you said." Kokumo told Victor, "It's just, I speak better French then English, but if your French is not too good, thenI don't--" She stopped in mid sentence, and then reached up with her hand that had been in the water to the back of her head.
Victor watched silently at Kokumo, and listening to what she had to say, but then he felt that there was a far too familiar smell in the air....Fear....instinctively he wanted to search for who had this fear and make it worse for him/her/them, but his better side stopped himself as he heard Kokumo say, "Ali is in trouble. I can sense it. Come, we must find him before..."

Victor snapped out of his daydreaming and then he said, "Where is his dorm? Come on, lets find him then," then he looked around, as if it would show him where Ali lived, "You think that he is turning into a werewolf? For I'm not sure if my powers work against mythical creatures...they don' even work on animals, just humans," Victor said nervously, as he certainly didn't wanted to face a Werewolf face-to-face.

It seemed that Sky did like someone. That... whatever you call that 'blush' of his... was a complete indicator. Ethan decided not to push the issue.

Ethan sighed. The teacher said that she was done teaching for the class, so they could have some free time... Finally. Ethan was starting to get fed up with writing all those notes, and it hurt his neck when he was in a stance that made him look like he was paying attention.

At his old school, he would have fast forwarded to the end of the class, since he didn't have any friends there to do anything with, but now he had someone to talk to.

"Ah well, that's a pity" Ethan said, now in front on Sky, "So, Sky, let's hear your idea on some things we can do with our abilities."

Sky was glad to know this class was done at least for today. The only downside was that now he actually had to talk and he couldn't hide behind his notes. He was worse with his voice. He sucked it up though. He didn't think Ethan would hate him and spit in his face just because Sky wasn't a genious with words.

He shrugged. His ideas couldn't be any better than Ethans. Spying in your crush was a good one but the problem was his crush was taken and it seemed as if Ethan didn't have one yet.

His next idea was strictly messing with teachers but he knew for a fact that that one was just commen sense between him and Ethan and didn't need to be said.

other than that, he was pretty much at a stand still with good ideas besides the whole cheating on tests and skimming his way through this year.

"I'll have to get back to you on that." he said quietly. "We'll think of something though. There's gotta be plenty of things we can do with this."

Lucy felt it too she had to run and find it the power was just so enticing and so excilerating, Her body was weak but she didnt to run for long as she found the source of the power and slipped through the door and lingered in the shadows noting there were plenty of them, She stopped and looked at the boy if her memory served her right he was Ali a werewolf, 'she can have fun with this little thing' she thought and dissapeared before she was caught.

"Say, there's not much to do before the end of class so why don't we speed things up?" Ethan said. He held out his hand and focused. He found himself in the realm of Time. It was like being in the middle of a river of knowledge, but with the knowledge comes insanity from glimpsing infinity. He saw a drop in the water. It was the time that the class ended. He caught that drop with his hand, closed his eyes...

...And found himself back in the real world. One thing was different though. He had brought back the droplet of Time with him. He held out his hand to Sye and said

"Take my hand, I'm going to bring us to the end of class. I have one warning for you though, Close your eyes, ignore everything you hear and most importantly do not take anything that you find while you travel. Just let me guide you though the realm of Time."

Sky frowned a little when Ethan returned and advised him not to take, look or listen to anything in the time. In the back of his head, he was concerned at what the concequences would be if he did but he took Ethans hand anyways, deciding he had nothing to lose if it wass something terrible.

"I'm not going to come out of time an old man or anything, am I?" He joked tonelessly, eyes a little concerned but face otherwise unchanged.

"Oh, no. nothing of the sort would happen. That is, unless someone made a stupid mistake and took something with you out of the realm of Time. If you don't you'll be fine. Ready? Alright then, here we go!"

Ethan was now in the realm of time, guiding Sky by the hand. He was walking through a field of raw Time to get to hi destination when he saw a creature. A sphinx, the enemy of those who use time. The creature flew about harassing Ethan and himself. Ethan ignored these pests until he came to the door out of the realm of Time.

Then, a sphinx brought a huge stone made of the past to block the door. Ethan tried futilely to push it aside. No use, it was too heavy. Ethan focused to temporarily despel the madness of Infinity from around them and told Sky to open his eyes. He then said

"If we can't move that boulder, we're stuck here forever!"

Sky was hesitant to open his eyes but did at Ethan's distressed voice. He saw the boulder in the way and nodded. Who knew that Ethans power was so dangerous. His was as well. If the spirits ever lost their trust in him he would be good as dead. Seeing the boulder made a chill ran up his spine. stuck in time forever.

"Hold on." He closed his eyes, willing his spirits to push the boulder. All of them gathering in one force to shoove against it forecefully. Sky felt the strain on his mind andd his shoulders began to ach, connected to the spirits both mentally and physically. teeth clenched with the strain and golden eyes narrowed with concentration, the boulder moved to the side and out of the way. Sky dropped his arms to his sides limply, breathing a bit harder now but a look of triumph on his face.

Jill walked quietly through the school. her books clutched against her chest. She moved silently through the crowd, smiling smally at those she passed and getting a few smiles back thankfully. Her eyes turned from a nervous color of orange to light blue of relaxation. The first day of her school year here wasn't as hard as she thought. Now all she needed was someone to talk to.

Ethan sighed with relief. If he'd been alone, he would have sent raw Time to detonate that stone, but if he did it with Sky around, his new friend would be reduced to a pile of million year old ash. He led Sky through the door and heard the sound of the bell.

Riiiiiiiiing.

"Welcome to the future Sky. Well, one hour in the future, but welcome anyways." He saw that Sky was in pain and tired from his recent endeavor, so he said "Hold on, this might feel strange."

Ethan stopped time. He then focused on Sky's tired and sore muscles and started to send them back to the time where they were at their strongest, and by doing so, eliminating all sources of pain and fatigue. Ethan started time again. He then leaned against his chair and started panting in exaustion. This was better than training! He asked Sky "How do you feel?"

Sky breathed when Ethan froze him. it wasn't cold or warm. He felt nothing really. One minute he was blinking, moving, the next he was stopped, his sore muscles going from aching to relaxed, the tension drawing out of him like a string.

Ethan breathed heavily but his eyes were bright and he was smiling like this was the most exciting thing in the entire world. When he asked how Sky felt, Sky rolled his shoulders and shrugged. Really, he did feel better. A whole lot better too. His entire body was relaxed and he felt carefree.

"Fine." He moved his arms full circcle, took a few steps. "Perfect actually." Then hesitantly like he didn't really know the sounds the words were supposed to make on his tongue he added for the first time in his life. "Thanks."

Ethan looked to Sky and said "Well, now that school's out for today, why don't we go to one of our dorms?"

Ethan turned around. Who was this girl, and how did she somehow know his name? This was kinda wierd. Ethan didn't have any plans to meet anyone's mother, and wasn't about to make any. Ethan looked over his shoulder to look at the girl, wondering what was going on and said.

"Have I done something wrong? If so, then I apoligize. But first things should be said firstly, who are you and why would I be meeting your mother any time soon?"

Meanwhile, back in real time

Kokumo did not wait for Victor. She simply ran to Ali's dorm, ignoring Victor's questions on what was happening and what could they do to help. Her feet pounded up the stairway of the Moonshire Dorm, cursing under her breath that there wasn't a lift avaliable. She wasn't exactly the most sporty person in the world...

"Ali!" She cried as she banged on his door with her fists, hoping his roommate wouldn't answer and ask even more questions. This was not a time for answering them, this was a time for finding her friend and helping him. No one answered the door and Kokumo finally saw through her anxiety that Ali's strong emotions were not coming from inside.

"He must be in a classroom somewhere..." Kokumo told Victor, then set off sprinting again, despite the stitch in her side. She cursed the bag banging against her - she would have rather left it near the fountain. She could have persuaded the local animals to find it for her. She tore out of the Moonshire Dorm, frantically looking around for any nearby animals. A bird perhaps, even a butterfly or a bee would do. But why was it when you desperately needed help, there was none to be found?

"Ali..." She said softly under her breath, then she repeated it, louder this time. She closed her eyes and let out a sob in frustration. Damnit! Why couldn't she focus and find him? Why was it so damn hard?... "Ali..." She said softly in her head, sending it out like a wave. It didn't get very far, she could tell. She built up the energy in ehr head, making it rush from all her aching muscles, using the pain to her advantage and converting it into energy to send out a powerful and loud distress signal. She didn't care who heard it either.

"ALI!"

Sky stayed silent when a girl approached Ethan, head tilted a little in their direction. He let them talk, not much in the mood to do any himself as he hung back. A voice shouted somehwere in his head and he knew everyone around had heard it too. it was Kokumo shouting to Ali. He guessed that must have been the wear wolf guy.

*************************************************************************************

Jill glanced up when some sort of energy reverberated through her head. Someone was definatly in distress somewhere. She was unsure who but someone was. She moved a bit more quickly down the hall, her purple bag clutched against her like a sheild against whatever trouble was happening around the school.

Kokumo hadn't answer Victor's question before she was half way over the garden, and Victor did his best to follow suit with her. When they ran up the stairs, Victor lost most of his breath, and had to lean against the wall, "He must be in a classroom somewhere..." Kokumo said, and then they sprinted down the stairs again, this time Victor almost fell down the stairs, and they came back out to the garden, where Kokumo seemed to try to speak with the animals.

Victor used the time to catch his breath, Good, Lord, I'm glad that I didn't go to military school, he thought, then there came a loud distressed noise ALI! which almost made Victor jump. What can I do what can...I...do....I got! Victor thought, then he began using his own powers to reach out for the minds of the school, Ali must still be in a human form, which means that I can still penetrate into his mind, now lets see if I can find him like this... Victor thought.

Victor had closed his eyes and places his fingers at his head to better concentrate, N, that that one...no, that's the principle's mind....Ew! Hell no, not that mind....There! He is in his class room, but which one Victor didn't know for sure about, Victor thought then he opened his eyes and said "Kokumo, I've found Ali, He's in the class room, however I can't fully localize where exactly he is" Victor said, looking at Kokumo, "Think you can use your power to contact the wolf part of him? It might work, or not, but it is worth a try though."

Ali paced the classroom growling softly to himself. He ran his fingers lightly over the desks as he passed them. Suddenly he was hit by a tremendous force ALI! Making him stumble slightly. Thinking at first that he was going mad Ali looked around cautiously. Walking to a window he looked at his reflection. His eyes were already starting to change. Roaring with anger Ali kicked over a chair and threw a desk at the wall. Clutching his head Ali rubbed his eyes. He had to control himself he had to stop himself from changing, But it was becoming to painful for him to stop.
