Life With Routine (Family rp, adoption, autism) ( )

Postby nightwolf on Thu Sep 15, 2011 3:20 pm

OK so i thought i'd try something different aside from my other realistic threads. I would like to have a thread that focouses on a individuals progressing through dealing with autism, so such as trying to adapt to new routines, a new family.

Will probably need family member and/or a career for the individual with autism.

Anyone else interested we can discuss further.

I wont be putting up a full profile for my character since i'd like to develop the character further. But here is the basics. Will add likes and dislikes later on if i get some people.

Chelsea woke up to the sun lighting up her room and nearly blinding her, she shuffled out of bed making sure her bed was neatly made exactly how she likes it. The bathroom floor was cold turning Chelsea's feet into blocks of ice, she looked at the floor. The rug was messed up and thrown across the floor. Straighten it? Put it right? Leave it? Chelsea's mind was hurting from the thoughts, she left it and got washed. Back in her bedroom she chose to wear a lack vest top, denim shirt, tweed blazer, ripped denim shorts, black leggings, black converse and a few necklaces. Chelsea went down to the kitchen and poured out some cereal and the exact amount of milk she wanted and needed.

The soft buzz of Ali's alarm clock awoke him slowly, rubbing his eyes he looked at the digital clock. On his bedside table was actually two seperate digital alarm clocks, one that was set for weekdays when Ali got up 7:15, and another one for weekends where Ali got up at 8:15. Of course he always remembered to turn off the alarm for weekends then put it back on of a Sunday night so it was ready for Monday morning. Peeling back the covers off his bed Ali grabbed his notebook and wrote down the Date, the exact time as of his writting, the weather outside as well as brief discription of how he slept in the night.

Walking over to his waredrobe he picked out his outfit for the day, which cosisted of an "I Fight Dragons" T-shirt, Grey skinny jeans as well as putting on a belt with a Poke Ball belt buckle on it. Brushing his hair, he fiddled with his fringe before going into the bathroom and brushing his teeth and washing his hands. Looking at the floor his head tilted in confusion as the bathroom mat that was on the floor was all messy, he stared at it for a while as if not knowing what to do. Writing in his notebook up he scribbled quickly and went downstairs seeing Chelsea in the kitchen bang on time when she usually got up. He stood there for a while and tapped his head with his fingers before speaking. "Bathroom mat....is wrong...did you move it?" He asked as he continued to tap his head.

"No... Same when... I woke up" Chelsea mumbled, swallowing a spoonful of cereal. After finishing her cereal at the exact time she liked to, Chelsea poured a glass of orange as usual and sipped and sipped. Chelsea wrote a few things in her notepad app on her iPad. Chelsea liked writing with her stylus on her iPad because she had lost what she had wrote on notepad's before as she threw it out by accident so she decided this way was safer for her. She scribbled on her iPad for a while and looked at Ali and smiled.
