Setting: I really don't care. For my character, side streets on the edge of town would seem necessary.

Additional info: I'm very new to this. Please be understanding and helpful. If I make a beginner mistake, please politely correct it. If my character is just totally created wrong, tell me "Your character is messed up. I see you're new here." or something similar. I'm looking for a fighter with a character that isn't going to just hand my arse to me because of his 15,000 years of roleplay experience.

How about you make the (giant and scary) knife (SOG Jungle Primitive) your primary. Please clarify your armor. To me it seems all futuristic and made in a secret Government lab, whereas mine is picked up at the market in whatever setting. Seems a little off balance.

As I said, ignore the cyber armor stuff, I will not be using it. So, no projectiles? I guess I can manage.

Tier: Not sure how Tier is determined weather it be by skill or by character type. Low tier if we are talking about skill because I just started RP-ing. Mid-Tier I guess not really sure how strong my character is compared to other characters.

and if i could get explain tiers that would be great. i have fought zombies and small militant groups in chat but i have never heard about tiers (p.s. my apologies for poor spelling, it creeps in when i'm ooc)

Tiers are power-levels. HoR is Hall of Records. Here:

Tiers are broken up into:

Realistic- Human on human, real shit.
Unrealistic Melee- Start addin in unreal crap; zombies, vampires, mecha.
Mild powered- Streetfighter stuff, fireballs and all that. Gotta be limited though; think DBZ before they go all super.
Powered- Crazy crap. Stay out of this if you can- it ends in OOC moaning. Not worth the headache just to shoot lasers from your butt or whatever.

With a few variations there about. Some people like to add High Powered on there..but I think Powered covers anything above mild honestly.

Detailed? Not a style. Maybe a writing style, but this is refering to T1 Style.

Now this may not be 100% smartest thing to ask but... As much as 1v1 is great and all, does the battles every consist of a free-for-all with three role players? If not, if is possible, for I am interested and trying that with two others.

It is possible, just becomes jumbled time-wise. Also, you have the added trouble if one of them stops posting. Good to add a time-limit on posts.
