Daray D'Aubigne smiled. His lips curled up ruthlessly in his handsome, middle aged face. His brows were drawn in closely, a bit to closely towards his eyes to ever look nice. His black eyes flickered towards the ground. Where he sat on his throne of skulls he could see the servants and some of his companions. Or that's what they thought of themselves. No they were really one step above the servants. Not that much. Daray's onyx curling hair spilled over his forehead as he leaned forward. He beckoned with his hand to a man standing respectfully a few feet away. "Come." His voice boomed maliciously. The man nervously skittered forward. Daray put his hand on the man's head. "I want you to pick some of the more capable. Then you are to leave, and kill all of them." He said. The man's brown eyes widened fearfully.
"A... a... all?" He breathed heavily.
"Yes. Are you not capable of even that? Almost none are a match for our covens united. The ones that are you must capture and bring back here." Daray added. His face bitterly loomed into the man's face. Then he spit upon the ground, before waving the man away. He looked up to see many staring. "What!" He yelled angrily. "If you have nothing better then to stare,I suggest you help this incompetent man kill the witches!" He added. Some of the warlocks scampered out, a few others followed the man Daray had called upon out of the drafty hall.

Violet L'Veela sat beneath a large sculpture of the Goddess. Her face was frozen, stuck in an out of world look, a horror so real, that noticed on another human, it would seem as if the world was ending. And in a way it was. Violet's knuckles clenched white on her chair. The golden paint was slowly flaking off beneath her grasp. Suddenly there was a resounding gasp from around the room. Three other women along with Violet looked up. The horror was still frozen on their faces. "They're coming." Violet whispered, almost to herself. The three women in flowing white gowns around her nodded. "We must warn our inner covens." She said. The other women nodded. Then they got up from their spots on the ground.


(Note: This isn't about the Wicca Faith. I know almost nothing about that faith. This is based on the Wicked Series by Nancy Holder and Debbie Viguie. Oh and this book is great is you liked the Twilight Series.)

Ok, basics and then I will explain it.

Rules:

-Follow RPG rules. Well, I know that is so original.

-Don't even try to write less then a paragraph. That will get you kicked out of my role play. Immediately, unless you have a liable excuse. If you try telling me you didn't have enough time then I will contradict with, 'So, you could not post later?' If you liked the post then I will tell you to have saved it on Word(TM), if you say you couldn't then I will let you go, but only if you try to do better posts in the future.

-I encourage romance, but obviously keep it under PG-13, also, not gushy romance, no, get your character to know the others first. If it helps the plot I want to know how silly romance helps it. Which could be the case, if you play it the right way. This is almost like real life, not quite since it's in fantasy, but yeah.

-No explicitness, crap and the like is allowed. No f**k, nothing that could be insulting to someone. Sh*t will be about the farthest I will allow someone to go, hell is allowed, since all hell is about to break loose. Don't over use swear words. If you use some swear word over and over it loses it's thrill, and get old and stupid. Enough for me to want you out of here.

-Grammaire, grammar, it sounds nicer in French. I need you to watch your grammar. I can't concentrate on the role play if I have to sift through tons of miss spellings and abbreviations. Trust me, if we use correct grammar and capitals, then we will get along much more easily. Please, I spent some good time making this role play, I expect you to spend some time improving it.

-If you have questions about this, anything, don't make it up. Either look it up, or ask me. I will have the answers. Remember don't make up what you don't truly know!

- Another, this could be classified as a note so... Note: Don't join this role play just for romance. I often find that many people will do that. No don't just do that. I don't mind romance but as I said above. Don't join this and just forget about it either. This will be a successful role play if I have any say in it.

If you've put the basics down and only have a few sentences, added something about clothes or jewelry. Elaborate! Add things, make the way you say something fancier! Just make it an interesting paragraph so that I can really see he/she. Does he or she have a crooked nose. Anything to make me see them, like a real person! Also I would rather absolutely no pictures, if you really want a picture, put the picture as a link along with the requirements above.)

Definitions-

Human: A member of the genus Homo and especially of the species H. sapiens. Basically what we are. Humans.

Witch: A male or female human. Or like human. A witch may be male or female, unlike popular legends. A witch does white magic. Meaning they don't try to harm others. They don't make sacrifices. They have a deity. The Goddess.

Warlock: A male human. Or human like. A warlock, is always male. A warlock practices dark magic. They will make sacrifices to their god. The Horned God.

Gray: There are some gray witches. They classify themselves as witches. These are witches who do the right thing, but have to do some unpleasant things on the way. Sometimes they will make sacrifices to the Goddess. The Goddess accepts the sacrifices some of the time.

Coven: A coven is the group a warlock or witch belongs to. A coven has to have at least two members, usually up to 13. Covens have no name. It's just the coven's leader's name and the word coven after. But don't worry you don't really need to think about that at the moment. We'll start off with two covens. The Supreme Coven and the Mother Coven. More exist all over the world, but we're starting the story with two. They also have smaller covens under them. Might add some later. People may just belong to others underneath, but not mentioning other coven names at the moment.

Mother Coven: The largest Witch's coven. It is the coven that rules over the other witch's covens. So it is just kind of the ruling witch's coven. Run by Violet L'Veela. Referred to as the High Priestess. I will control her. The Mother Coven is based in Paris.

Supreme Coven: The same as the Mother Coven only for warlocks. Run by High Priest Daray D'Aubigne. I will play him too. The Supreme Coven is based in London.

The Other World: The parallel universe. Your soul leaves your body. The world isn't civilized. It's world is desert like, only filled with illusions and demons. What ever happens to your body in The Other World happens to your true body. If you died in that world your real body is also dead.

Description: Jasmine is african american, she has dark brown eyes and a head full of black curls that reach right above her shoulders. She's 5'5" and has a very curvacious body type. Jasmine has full lips and a round nose sporting a tiny diamond stud. On an average day she would probably be wearing a fitted white t-shirt, baggy cargo pants and thong sandals (basically whatever she grabs as she rolls out of bed).

Personal Story: She was born in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. It's a small town, with small people and small opportunity. Her father is a Psychiatrist and her mother is a stay at home mom. This made things a little difficult growing up. Her father was always trying to "read her actions" and her mother was constantly smothering her. They didn't mean to be annoying. Everything they did for her was out of love, but it was just too much. Her father knew just about everything there was to know about Jasmine. As everything he missed, her mother was there to pick up the slack. Jasmine just wanted some space. She didn't like the fact that her parents knew about every waking moment of her life. So when she turned 18 she spent most of her time trying to break from the "perfect daughter" mold that they had created. She was tired of being the responsible child. The girl whose parents knew where she was and what she was doing 24/7. She wanted to get out into the world and start living. So she did.

Jasmine went to college for art and design in New York. She shared her doom with a gothic, satist, named Jane. And she got to learn about the world the way she wanted to for the first time. Nothing was to great a risk. There were no boundaries. On her 21st birthday, Jasmine went to a tattoo parlor, called Dirty Ink, and got the words "Handle with Care" tattooed on her lower back. Of course she was hammered drunk, but she'll claim that she doesn't regret it to this day.

Personal Story:
He is said to be immortal, his years are far unknown and even though he can die by a mortal blade, his abilities far surpass his people and it would be defyingly difficult to take down the humble King Xiyan. There people live in their own Realm that most have come to par that it is similar to the 'Other World' but yet Twilight are the absence of Light nor Darkness; it is a comparison of both worlds even though it is far different from the rest. No mortal has ever entered the Realm of Twilight and far besides that only a descendant has the power to get there and back.

Unlike most their skin color is very different, for Males it is a very grayish-black color, very bland like that of a Dark Elf without the pointed ears. For a Female it is usually a beautiful Purple like color that is very dark though all males, even a mortal, would be attracted to them for their mystique. Their eyes are like most, colors range from green hues to blue and so much more in between. Their bodies are the same as well though their hair is also very dark; dark brownish-grays to a beautiful midnight black ensemble. In rare cases even an unusual bland blue which is far too unexplainable.

Their kind would be stated as "weird" even though this is how they have known themselves for thousands of years and since the beginning. They pray to know gods and their magics are still a mix between both Necromancy and Holy magic, and more so that of Twilight which most have explained it somewhat as shards. In general their magic is very powerful and too broad for words. Noted even more is they do not need to conjure spells to use it.

It has been hundreds of years since a Twilight has went to the 'Mortal World' and even more unusual the King himself.

Personal Story: Kita grew up a nice girl, and she grew up with Xiyan. As far as she knows they are the same age but she cannot be sure. Once, as a young adult she was cut, badly and almost died. Ever scence then she has never been alone with a stranger if she could help it. Slight paranoia with that but nothing more then slight.

Ninjacompoop: I would be really happy happy if you could not use a picture. I gave special permission to your special friend, but I don't mind that you use a picture if you would for once check what you wrote! But fine use the picture. Anyway, your picture doesn't work with the Twilight description.

Name: Lynette Elizabeth Khilec

Coven: Just plain human

Description: Lynette is very pale. She has waist-length, black hair that is straight at first, but about half-way down it curls slightly. Kind of a curly/wavy mix. She doesn't wear her hair out very often, it's almost always tied back in a long ponytail. Her chin is slightly pointed.
She normally wears long (Medieval-gothic) dresses, as she is sort of royalty. If she has a choice of what to wear, however, she would wear baggy black pants, very short sleeved shirts (red, black, ect.), good strong shoes, and her sword strapped to her back.
Lynette dislikes jewelry, as it is normally loud and makes sneaking up on, or away from, people very difficult. The only jewelry that she would be caught dead in wearing, is a choker-type necklace that belonged to her mother. It has a medium sized red diamond (or ruby, I guess) on the front.

Personal Story: Lynette grew up rich, and alone. Her father was a Duke, and therefore, she was abundant in money. But she was an only child, and the nearest people other than herself, her mother, and her father, were several miles away in a little village.
The people that her father ruled over, were always weary of Lynette. At the age of fifteen she was (wrongly) accused of murder, and her own parents didn't stand up for her, in fear of loosing their power over the land.
So, she ran away from home.
About a year after running away, she joined a group of kids her age. They were fifteen in all, and only their leader wanted Lynette in the group. After a while though, he too grew suspicious. They abandoned her near a river, where she nearly died trying to cross it.
Lynette moved on, forever traveling by herself. She decided that no one was to be trusted. Not a single person. She hated everyone and everything, for making her life so miserable. Sometimes she wished that she wasn't even alive. As she put it, Why? Why doesn't the shadow of death just take me?! Anything must be better than this godforsaken way of living!

Personality: Very mysterious, very precautious and weary of everything.

That's pretty good but there is a problem. This role play take place now, not in the Renaissance era.

Is this even still alive?

I'm not really sure. If I were more patient with it then it probably would be but I not so...

All right then... maybe her dad could be a sort of king. But, not ruling over a very gigantic land.
Of course there are still Dukes, even today, but there aren't that many, and they aren't as important as they were. And, I suppose, her father would be more important than a Present-Day duke...
I forgot to add that she is pretty smart, as her parents signed her up for tons of classes and schools and such.
She still had to wear the dresses (her parents were a little bit... stuck in the past...), though she hated them and prefered to be modern. Like any normal person.

(her dad's "kingdom" is mainly made up of various farmlands and smallish houses. Only one large town.)

Any other problems, and I'll try to fix them as much as I can.
