Everything looks pleasant, except her eye which seems like it's bulging out of her head instead of winking. The other eye should be an upside down curve, no one looks like that naturally.

What's with the blurry, photoshoppy cut and paste look on her skirt ribbon and hair (eye too)?

I thinks its ok ^^ the coloring needs quite a bit of work though. I agree with this as well:

The other eye should be an upside down curve, no one looks like that naturally.


Overall needs some work, but its ok. ^^

yeah, it got a little bit of water on it and I recolored some in paint, (tried anyway)
