As in, if they took over the body of a real animal or human, a true form, they feel the world like we do. When they simply morph into a human instead of taking over the body of one, the feel the world with pain, like a fraud form should. Does that make sense?

Personally, seeing Juno didn't make me want to get out there and get pregant. She doesn't even keep the child.
