Okay, I understand, but that still doesn't explain how his character is able to survive multiple sorts of lethal trauma to his body, if he can't die from all of the things that he should have died from(most of those being things that he did to himself), what can he die from? Asimov can fire a bolt action rifle 3 times before a bullet moving at mach 5 (roughly) can travel 30 feet.
