If I weren't still in college, they'd probably call it low-pay freelancing, but it's just a bunch of interning. I also work part time at Duke Magazine, Duke University's (probably award-winning) alumni publication. Sometimes, I make promotional films for things. It's okay.

Singing, acting, dancing, writing, piano, equestrian, journalism, photography (though let it be known, I am terrible at anything non-still life), and biology.

Biography:

Hi there. I'm here because I have a fairly serious writing addiction. I've been called a "Grammar Nazi" by friends, family, teachers, and, most recently, my linguistics professor. I am a Journalism major at Duke University, with a music minor. Both my parents are doctors, and have been pushing me in much the same direction from a young age. Alas, despite my keen love for biological science (particularly zoology), it remains, for now at least, a minor at most. I realize that's quite a few quantitative adjectives there, and I apologize.

Anyway. I also like dance, theatre, and singing. I may sing more than I write, and I write quite a bit. Did I already say that?

In any case, though I joined forum RPing fairly late in the game, I consider myself fairly advanced, and will never(ish) turn down a literate 1x1 request. I promise I'm really kind of nice, so don't be afraid to ask.
