An ordinary girl in an extraordinary world. Elysa, or Ellie as she prefers to be called is a mechanic, biker, and party animal. Her short temper can get her into all sorts of bother, if the gambling, drinking and partying doesn't do so first.

Esmerelda May

Head housekeeper at the palace, kooky and unpredictable. Has a habit of appearing in places nobody really expects her, at inconvenient moments.

Lucia Nightingale

The noble lady of the palace, host of the ball and devious plotter. If it moves, she plots against it - and in the case of some particularly lazy old nobles, when it doesn't.
