Biography:

Born in the hidden labs of the N.G.S program, or as some would say 'hatched' in a testube. Combined with human and Raptor DNA 013 is the ultimate supersoldier, strong, fast, and super intelligant. 013 has a chip in his head which forces him to follow orders from his commanders, or atleast it did at one time. But on his last mission it began to malfunction allowing him to travel at his will. (side note, incase you have not figured it out yet, 013 is a raptor anthro without a regular name. Yet...)
