Re: The Official "I'm Leaving" Thread

Suddenly. A bloody Morbin! That's right, I'm back! Only none of you blokes remember me in the slightest, and God knows the mods wish to forget me. HOWEVER, the lot of you will be pleased to know I'm making my departure from this place permanent with this here post. That is of course, unless enough o...

Re: A New Kind Of Chat Roleplay

Sounds like a good session to me.

I call playing one of them neutral party people. I am nothing if not a pacifist.

Re: Tanks Vs. Mecha!

Suddenly. Realism. From a realistic standpoint mechs of any kind are horrible, horrible machines and I will bet good money that they will never see successful use in warfare. Ever. To keep it brief, a mech is an engineering nightmare, the legs themselves are a horrible mode of transportation, they a...

Re: Morbin's All Conquering Army of Small Plastic Men

So! After I finished converting my latest squad of veterans and after seeing what Mid is doing with her comic, I've opted to name all of the squad members after people I know in OOC chat! Terribly sorry if I let anyone out, but keep in mind I have two armies numbering over 100 models, chances are if...

Re: Morbin's All Conquering Army of Small Plastic Men

I think that once the campaign starts up in September, I'll take a few pictures of the battles, and post little commentary gubbins.

Hopefully, it will be 'Bugs eat everyone.' As opposed too 'Bugs die in large numbers'.

Re: Dreamscapes and nightmares

I never ever remember my dreams. Or nightmares. Not normal ones anyway, I've had a few lucid dreams before, and a few... Semi-awake dreams. Either way, my lucid dreams are boring, I'm locked in my house, it's empty, nothing works, the clocks change I glance at them, I can't read books, and.. That's ...

Re: When the Lion Wakes (IC/open)

A nondescript conference room in a nondescript location. Three middle aged men with thinning hair and business suits sat around the far end of a large conference table. Papers, files, portfolios, binders, coffee mugs and assorted pens and pencils covered the thing, so that hardly any actually wood ...

Re: The Mug Behind The Madness!

I'm not a pimp! I'm just... ya know, cheery, happy, confident, fun to be around... Full of Resolve.

I'm a normal bloke in short. Turns out being normal is a good thing.

(This is the more important girl, a girlfriend, some would say. Which is odd because that other girl is also a girl, and a friend, but...

Re: You sir have enraged me! Deploy emergency chute!

Anger alone has never made me do anything I truly regret, I've said a few things I didn't mean too in anger, but never more then that. Getting angry is natural, it's human, but as a responsible member of society you're supposed to be able to control yourself, and make sure you don't do really bloody...

Re: •○The Strangest Object You Carry○•

I carry a broken compass around with me. My mum gave it to me as a gift, and it was broken, but she didn't know that. In any case, the way in which it is broken allows me to point it in any direction I want, so I use it as a way to remind myself that it is me, and me alone, that will choose my path ...

Re: Morbin's All Conquering Army of Small Plastic Men

These guys are what you call 'tabletop quality' they are not showcase pieces by any means, they lack blending, layering, or anything that requires any great deal of artistic talent. It's all basic brushwork and neatness, taking my time. At any rate, I've got an entire army of these guys. Over 100 Gu...

Morbin's All Conquering Army of Small Plastic Men

Because us unimaginative types can do art too, I've decided to post some of my artistic exploits. These are some of the models I painted for my assorted Warhammer projects, mainly my Imperial Guard force, the Eirian 27th Grenadier Regiment 'No Glory Boys'. Of course we all know this is just another ...

Re: To Have Loved or Not

Ah great, this stuff makes my head spin. In any case, for me it is much better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all, because I'm a cheery bloke, and I focus on the positive, as there is no real point in thinking on the negative. All of the negative memories of my past I convenientl...

Re: [OOC] Pandora [Always Open]

Ore makes a great pillow. Perfect for when you're trying to sleep, or when your blood glucose levels go berserk and you need to calm yourself to stop from going into a hypoglycemic rage. Also, no one should rightly feel intimidated by my writing. I'm a bloody rook after all. That said, if you have a...

Re: [OOC] Pandora

I tossed the idea around of having a scav gang enter into Des. But I settled on just having Mason, although I'm sure there would be other idiots rummaging around there looking for loot.

Re: [OOC] St. Vladimir's Academy

I've been here five months or so, and I still don't have a clue how most of the stuff works, but when in doubt, trial and error. Also, I warned you about this Adrian! Theoretically if Moth can eliminate air resistance, he can keep using gravity and his own powers to constantly accelerate to the poin...

Re: [OOC] St. Vladimir's Academy

Your best bet is to not worry about it.

In fact, that goes for pretty much everything.
