I'll begin with this: I haven't roleplayed in a long time. I used to love it, RPing being one of the main pillars of my life. A better escapism than even video games. Alas, my roleplaying site, which I'm ashamed to admit was Gaiaonline, became flooded with bad roleplays. Because of this, I shrank away from lack of real material, and quit trying to make quality threads, something that was new to me and, I admit, deeply hate. This must have been two years ago, but I couldn't resist coming back. I feebly tried to find somewhat decent sites that hadn't fallen prey to the same teeming darkness that had fallen prey to once-beloved Gaia, unoriginality. Recently, I felt an itch to create a character and send them on an adventure of sorts. I tried my hand at writing.I soon realized that I didn't want to write, but roleplay, and began again my search for a fine Roleplaying site, with more determination than ever. I stumbled onto this gem, and decided to stay.
