Opening his mind, he rolled over what he had learned today. Giving a brief smile into the darkness of his room, Kilro, did a final round of push ups, before settling to sleep upside down, using his legs to keep him suspend in the air with the bar.

KIlro watched silently and mentally gauging how much Ki had been put into that punch. Jenthos hadn't said to leave, so he just waited, thinking on what had happened. Then once relaxed he began building up his Ki, increasing it then lowering, then repeating with slightly more Ki

Kilro took advantage of his aura fully, and Kilro used it as a buffer, then used concentrated ki in his palms to deflect the now weakened Ki blast. Kilro stepped over to the machine and put the head set on. For this battle he would only use ki...only. This would be a challenge. Putting the head set on, he saw the world come into place. Switching into push up position, he breathed once, then id a push up, then again repeating the process, getting faster and faster each time.
