For experience I've noted that it does help encourage people to join if the GM has their character prepared and ready to give people something to base their characters off.

If healing works in battle, it should basiclly depend on the severity of the wound. So based more on the written description of what happened. For example, Tenshiko lost two hit points but she is only described as being beaten up as opposed to sliced and diced which possibly could be easier to heal....

I've altered my character a little, he is just pretty much a little better in several ways then normal humans. Not just speed but a little bit stronger and little bit better senses. Meh, I had hoped my character would be a the badass of the group. Obviously not, certainly not in comparison to Artemis :s. I'm GMT +4, Middle Eastern. I just want to say I'm not a huge fan of posting a lot in one day, I'll try to keep up.

Okay, if the way to beat the demons is to use numbers we can't have 3 attacks and then 3 of their counter attacks. That means they'll get exactly the same number of attacks, which isn't right we'll never win. Also maybe there should be some bonus if they are multiple characters attacking one Youkai ...
