Just checking back in the story.I think Thekherham and Kykherhenha are somewhere nearby. Thekherham wanted to grab the stone (with Kykherhenha's help), mainly out of curiosity, but I don't know what effect it would have on them, or, if he gets it, what he would do with it afterward.
