The Laughing Corpse

The united states has recently passed laws granting supernatural beings legal status; now protected under the law, the undead have come out of hiding.

Merrik is a young Dhampir, born of a Mystic mother and a human father. for most of his life he had been raised as a gypsy, traveling from one place to another, enchanting people with his music. he now hopes to open himself up to new skills at the academy.
