Re: The Grassroots Tournament - 2010: Sign-ups

"Extremely potent or refined control" doesn't mean "knows anything and everything about every kind of everything that can be..." It just means that he'd be a master of one or several moves, adept at a few others, etc. I could live with powers that're refined down to a number some...

Re: The Grassroots Tournament - 2010: Sign-ups

As a judge, and character submissions type'a guy for this tournament, I declare Taretha Rake, and Shai Sunamon Accepted However, Sirius, you have WAY too many powers/abilities for a Level 6. You have at least ten summons, and like 20 powers. Condense the profile down to say, 1-2 summons, and approxi...

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

Well, @ the Isaak feeding on you statement, I was really just kidding. Though, I suppose if you want to fight I wouldn't mind. And, still, if you're in this tournament, you might as well just wait till we meet up later in the game. Safisan quit his fight with me because I told him to stop crying to ...

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

It's "Tournament OOC" and we're discussing A TOURNAMENT, for the most part. Just not so much this one.

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

Well, I'd say that I could probably have a weaker character, and still have an above average chance of winning. Just so all of you know, since I don't think those of you with HoR accounts do, I'm Flame King Lysander, currently 4th in the entire thing. Anyway, if you use cheap tactics, I'll used veil...

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

I wouldn't mind seeing some new blood, just so long as they could handle constructive -- and somewhat insulting -- criticism.

I think they meant me, Guts. You can pretend its you if you want though.

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

Qb was the one that told me YOU were bitching over the judgment. Because pointing out that he'd made a mistake in his judgement, is bitching. ( Not really ) He said I'd used a power not mentioned in my profile, in his original judgement. He was wrong, I pointed that out to him, and referred him to ...

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

Safisan, next time you and I agree to let someone look over a fight and have the final say on the subject at hand, let them have the final say. Don't go running and crying to someone else, just because you didn't get your way.

Re: SB Cup Round 1: Safisan v.s. Valkyr

OOC: ((Your most recent post was nulled by Ghaarme, I have the PM if you need confirmation.)) I like how we agree on a judge, QB, but when what QB says doesn't completely agree with what you want, you go running to someone else. I guess I should start actually trying now. IC: Infintismal movements t...

A Challenge to Sara Whitley

So, you've been building a bit of a name for yourself in RM already, and I've heard something about you being undefeated in RM, ever. Well, I'm undefeated in RM in a six year span of fighting it as my primary style of T1 Combat, so I figured, why not have a battle with someone else undefeated. Obvio...

Re: Training Hall-Arena OOC, Advice, Opponents and Camaraderie.

You know what I think would be fun, given the proper mechanics? Massive Warfare. Mostly it would consist of two players, and a shit load of NPCs. Something like 10,000 NPCs per character, you work it out so that they're separated into functional groups(i.e. Reconnaissance, Infantry, Artillery, etc.)...

Re: SB Cup Round 1: Safisan v.s. Valkyr

Isaak let his body mold and form itself toward the casement of what was coming. Altering the floating orb with the very thought of his mind, turning its flight pattern instantly. It curved around his body, whipping around him to pick up extra speed and force. A moment later, it rocketed back toward...

Re: SB Cup Round 1: Safisan v.s. Valkyr

Information passed idly through Isaak's mind, the cogs and gears rotating and whirring as Brobdingnag relinquished his orders upon Isaak's mind. Inside the halls that made up the innards of -- what could only be described as -- the giant space whale, Isaak was letting his mind focus on his ...

An old combatant, a new fight.

Fight Rules Style : T1, Unrealistic Melee -- For those of you unfamiliar with what this style is, it's Realistic Melee, but with the incorporation of superhuman powers, abilities, and in some cases street fighter level powers -- such as Hadouken. Weapon Restrictions : None. Setting : After a partic...

Re: The Streetbreaker Cup (tournament OOC/Sign-ups)

Alright, I'm interested in joining this, Ghaarme, and I promise to actually post in this one. The only problem is, the other sites I use the character I wanna use him on, I've got him as high-tier, and the "Add a Character" function seems to have disappeared from my User Control Panel, so,...

Saladin!

I've heard you're something close to decent, and I've been looking for a decent challenge as of late, so let's duke it out, okay? If you accept -- which I sincerely hope you will -- there's a few rules I'd like to have, and a few that, while possibly turning you away from the fight, are non-negotiab...

Re: Jest Valente vs Polsarix

Hellion watched the battle from above. His eyes constantly following each indiviual motion. His eyes constantly shifting, the grey discoloration in the iris' continued to lag behind the remainder of his movements. It was a simple thing to watch the fight, it was a much more complicated matter to not...

Re: Jest Valente vs Polsarix

Atop the highest point, resting with his arms crossed over his bare chest, he watched the fight below. Dark, misty eyes traced every movement. Even the invisible man's jump. The Mist flowed inherently throughout his veins, the Val'garan man's entire body lived off that perpetual Mist. It was like th...
