After the King and Queen are assassinated, the oldest son must take over the throne but the new nanny he hires may become more of a romantic interest than an employee.

A young detective is faced with her biggest case yet: capturing a notorious group of criminals in Manhattan known as "The Wasted Youth". Catching them will be hard enough, but developing feelings for one of the crooks makes it even harder.
