Modern Day New York, just as everyone knows it to be. People are awake at all hours, bustling to work, settling for bed, moving on with their lives. Vampires? Lycans? Witches? They're all fantasy, things that go bump in the night and don't truely exist. But the funny thing is, there's been a lot of bodies surfacing lately, and it leaves a lot of unanswered questions. Such as: Where did all their blood go? Why aren't there any signs of struggle? The victems are mostly smiling, as if they were going through pleasure, not pain, and the only contusion that shows on their skin that seems unnatural, are the slight bruses at their throats, like that of a hickey.
Samantha "Sam" Adams is a paramedic with the New York Fire Department. She's twenty four years old, has a violent past, but a kind heart. She and her partner Sean Pride have attended to quite a number of these murder scenes, carting away the bodies, and they're both rather uneasy.
Over the course of a few months these bodies surface, catching the media's attention around the world. Some are calling it an epademic, others are whispering about those things that go bump in the night that really shouldn't exist. One evening, on her way home, Sam bumps into a mysterious figure who's inquiring about the murders. Turns out, unbeknownst to her, that he's actually a vampire himself. One charged to keep the secret of his race as well as the "Others" unknown to the human population. Through circumstances, she finds out the truth, and is forced to work alongside the vampire and a group of others to catch the culprit behind the murders; who is trying to expose their race.
So yes
Any takers? It could be a multiple person thread if I even get a responce. And if there was any question: I'm looking for someone to play the male vampire Sam will eventually be forced to work with.
Thanks!
