Short Bio: Belia has been Reaper almost all of his life and has spilled alot of blood of the hundred of years due to his thirst. However after so long he wished to stop so he hides himself trying to get himself back. Belia stays in a big mansion by himself and only comes out once in awhile he wants nothing more than to repay for what he has done.
Weakness: Can't stay in the sun for more than 4 to 6 hours. Is slightly blind in the day light. (Another reason he wears sunglasses)
Extra: Belia doesn't like to be around people because he fears what he might do.
