Username: Dovey
Reason for Nomination: Being a great artist does not necessarily make you artistic. To me, being artistic also involves being creative and thinking outside the box. Dovey has been blessed with both being a great artist and being artistic. She thinks outside the box and creates beautiful works of art for people, and not always just in the same style (See below link). She has brought many different characters to life in the TOTAL REQUEST LIVE thread, all of which have been beautiful works of art. I look forward to always seeing her work. She is also very creative with idea generating; she has been a lot of the brains behind RPG Month and it's organization. Props to Dovey for her skill, her passion, and her ingenuity.

Reason: I'm not nominating her because she's my boss >> Ingrid is very artistic, her flashes are simple but relay alot and that's why I like them, her pictures can be simple line art and say the same as a biography in one pose.

Username: Faerywitch

Reason for Nomination: I don't think I've seen any other individual member take his or her own initiative to contribute to RPGateway's art community to such a level as Faerywitch. Not only is she a talented artist, but she is also quite knowledgeable in her area, whether it be about the visual arts such as lighting, colors, and shadows, or whether it be about technicalities such as copyright. She definitely takes her talent beyond showing off her wares in her commissions topic.

Examples/Additional Notes: Faerywitch has made multiple topics contributing to the interest and betterment of the art community, such as her "Interview with an Artist" in the Main Lobby, her "Copyright" topic in the Artwork forum, and her in-the-works "Art Classroom" that she is planning to set up in the Artwork forum.

Reason for Nomination: She's only posted a couple of her art werks on the site, but check out her DeviantArt account: http://laurasmuse.deviantart.com Aside from working very quickly, her artistic talents are phenomenal. And each of her posts is filled with a descriptive quality that's about the same as if she had just posted a painting.

Reason for Nomination: This one might throw some people for a loop...Skally doesn't actually do art on a visual level, per se...but read his posts. His character descriptions. Oh meh gad, oh meh gad. You literally see what he wants you to see, feel what he intends on you feeling, and have to take a respite after reading his posts so your eyes can rest before going back to the drabness of everyday life. Skallagrim is a word artist, to the MAX.
