Well, if its a fountain pen I'd fucking spray the ink into the bastard's eyes and try to stab him with the pen or something... XD
But I guess the MOST powerful Weapon is the mind, you can overcome a sickness with no cure, invent tools... all that good stuff...
But the most powerful person wouldnt be a Smarty pants Phd or something, it'd be someone with so much insanity that they have created a much higher sanity for themselves, like the Joker (No, not Ledger, Im talking Killing joke Joker =) ))

Maybe not powerful, but easily the most harmful: the tongue. You can kill with pretty much anything, after you're dead, it doesn't hurt. With speech however, you can really screw with someone and not even kill them, you can convince somebody to harm that which they find most important and nope, they're not dead yet, just suffering. Yes indeed, that pink slug lurking in thy mouth is a true monster.

Its not exactly a weapon, but time brings an end to all things. It brings fear to man, it brings change to land, it even brings a slow death to the planet we all call home. It is also the one thing we really have no control over whatsoever. If we did get control over it, we would be able to do great, and powerful things that we can only dream of. Travel backwards would more than likely be highly restricted if not banned altogether, and travel forward would be highly restricted more than likely.
Anyways, to answer your question I think the most powerful weapon, is not a weapon, but time itself.
