~Setting~

Welcome All! This is Mountain High Academy,
a school for ALL species to co-exist and
get a good education.This prestigious school began as an orphanage in the 1800's for those
"unwanted" children. Cold, isolating, and lacking love many perished here until it was closed down
in 1893. It is said that the spirits of children still haunt the castle today. After some renovating,
it reopened as a school in 1900 and goes
from pre-k to 12th grade. It's located in the beautiful mountains with what are said to be healing
hot springs. Let me give you the tour!




This is the entrance hall. In the middle is a
grand staircase that leads to the classrooms and dorms.
To the right of the staircase you can find the offices
where new students can enroll and to the left is the very large cafeteria.
School Hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 1st grade to 12th grade of the Day Class.
The Night Class is from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Pre-k and Kindergarden are the Morning Class
which is from 9:00 AM to 11:55 AM
and the Afternoon class which is
from 12:00 PM to 2:55 PM. The
Dusk Pre-k and Kindergarden Class is from
6:00 Pm to 8:55 PM and the Night Pre-K and
Kindergarden Class is from 9:00 PM
to 11:55 PM. The Day class is for day
creatures such as humans and elves and
the night class is for those who roam the
night such as vampires and werewolves.
During the day, the night class isn't allowed to wander
around on school grounds where they can be seen
by the other class which would be
like the classrooms and such and likewise policy with day
class students at night. Students have weekends off and
are allowed to go home to visit family.




And here, to the right of the stairs is the Cafeteria.
This is where all our students eat, but
at diffrent times so as not to crowd the area.
Day Class Pre-k and kindergarden morning class dines at 10:30 am,
Afternoon pre-k and kindergarden dine at 1:00 in a seperate area
in the cafeteria.
1st grade-3rd grade dines at 11:25 am,
4th grade-6th grade dines at 12:05 pm, 7th grade-10th
grade dines at 12:30 pm, and 11th and 12th grade dines at 1:30 pm.
Snacks/Breakfast are available all morning before school
begins and during study periods until the lunches start.
Night classes have their "lunch" time also. Dusk Pre-k
and Kindergarden dines from 7:30-7:55, Night class Pre-k
and Kindergarden dine at 10:00 PM in a seperate area of
the cafetereia 1st grade-3rd grade dines from 8:00 PM to 8:25 PM,
4th grade-6th grade dines from 8:30 PM to 8:55 PM,
7th-10th grade dines from 9:00 PM to 9:25 PM,
and 11th and 12th grade dines from 9:30 PM to 9:55 PM.
Snacks are also served in study hall.




This is the hallway to the right of the stairs.
On the left are entrances to each office.
The first one is the Main Office where
new students take care of any important matters.
The second one is the Admissions Office
where new students register.
And the third is the infirmary/nurses' office where
injured or sick students go.

Over here is the infirmary. Here sick or injured students
will be helped by our kind, loving nurses.



This is the School Store where you can buy school
merchandise such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants,
food, uniforms etc.



This is the Gym where all our P.E. classes are
held as well as indoor sporting events.



This is the theater where our
Drama Club and Acting/Singing/and Music Classes perform.



Here on the first and second floor are the
hallways with all the classrooms.
It streches out a 1/3 of a mile on each floor.
The first floor is pre-k through 5th
grade and the second floor is 6th grade through 12th grade.



This is the Pre-K room.



And this is the Kindergarden room.



Here's what the other classrooms look like.



On the 3rd through the 6th floor are the dorms.
Yes, living in the dorms is only for those in
5th grade and above. There are carpools and
buses in various places around the school
for the younger students. All dorms
are for two people except for the 11th
and 12th graders who are the oldest students
and have the option of a single dorm. Rooms are co-ed
and the 3rd and 4th floor are the dorms for day students
and the 5th and 6th floor are the dorms for the night students.
The 5th and 6th floors are very dark to accomidate the night
class students.



Here is the library where students can
do homework, study, or do research for
projects. There's also a cozy fireplace
with sofas and chairs where students
can curl up with a good book.



This is the Teacher's Lounge where teachers
can relax or talk to other member's of the staff.



This is the dean's office. Stay out of trouble and you'll never have to go here.



This is the Detention Room for the misbehaved students.
Day Class detention is from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM every day
Night Class detention is from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM daily.



These are our science laboratories where students explore how things work.



And over here we have the indoor pool.
Students are allowed to swim here when the
swim team isn't practicing and it's open until 5 AM. The Day Class is allowed here until 6 PM.



Outside, this is the playground for
the small children to play on during recess.
Older kids are allowed to play on it too
when the younger ones aren't there.
Everyone is allowed to be a kid again.
There's slides, swings, moneky bars
and even a tire swing.





Here is the forest next to the school.
Teachers will take their classes on
nature hikes and such, but the only
students allowed in here without
supervision are students in 6th grade and above.
Deep within the woods lies a lake and an elven village.

This is the Elven village that lies within
the forest, though few have been able to find it.



And over here are our outside sports facilities.
Yes we have an outdoor
pool, but it is only open from
Memorial Day to Labor Day. Some students do
stay over the summer because we offer many
camps. The outdoor pool is open until 2 AM
like the indoor one and the gate is locked after
hours. We have almsot every sport you could think of
including basketball,tennis,swimming, track (indoor and outdoor),
and football. Our school's teams are known as the White Tigers!
School colors are white, red (blood) and black.











Higher up in the mountains is our hot spring where people
like to hang out and relax to get rid of
stress. There is also a small juice bar.



This is the graveyard where the dead children who
lived in the orphange were buried. It is said that at
night you can see their spirits wandering about if theyre
not in the castle.



And here is the courtyard where
students can relax, do work in the beauty
of nature, or just chill with their friends.

12. ALL STUDENTS IN 1ST-12TH GRADE MUST WEAR UNIFORMS!! Uniforms consist of a plaid jumper for girls from 1st-5th grade and a plaid skirt for girls 6th grade and up and dress tan pants for all boys with a belt, and also all boys must wear a button up oxford or school polo shirt in white, blue, or pink, and regular ties. The girls must wear the button up oxfords or polos too, including the little girls who wear them under the jumper, and may wear ties if they like, but they aren't mandatory. Girls can wear ankle-length socks or knee-highs and boys must wear regular sized socks or ankle socks. Girl's socks are allowed to have designs on them and so are the boys' ties as long as they are school appropriate. Same goes with the belts. Dress shoes must be worn during school hours. Also, school sweater vests are allowed and so are school sweaters which come in red, white, or black. During free time casual dress is allowed. School Polos are worn from Semptember through the end of November and also from May through June. NO HOME WEAPONS IN SCHOOL! THE SCHOOL PROVIDES EQUIPMENT FOR THE ARCHERY FIELD! Appearence: She has burn marks on her arms from her dad and keeps them hidden with long sleaves

Personality: She is shy unless she feels comfortable around you for some reason. She is very curious of other races.

Bio: Loreain's mom died durring child birth and she hasn't seen her dad since she was in 5th grade when she started staying at the school. Her dad used to call her creepy because of her eye color and unatuaraly pale skin, and when she would try to tell him of her visions he beat her, so she now keeps then to herself.

Appearence: Keisuke stands a good six feet tall with blue eyes and facial features very female like in human sence but other wise a normal elf his hair is a long silver reaching half way down his back covering his pointed ears he can be seen often wearing a white almost traditional chinese style clothing with his sword belted down on his left hip hisnials are long in a sence since they extend a few centimeters out and are sharpened to points

Personality:Keisuke is a very calm and collected person who can sometimes get ahead of himself and sound conceited at sometimes but netherless he is a soft and intellegent guy

Bio: Keisuke grew up with his brother matsu who is 10 years older and they lived in a small village but one day demons attacked his village while matsu was out hunting with keisuke and when they got back everyone in the village was murderd after that happend keisuke followd his brother to the kings castle were they joined the royal gaurds well not keisuke but he was permited to stay there and his brother quickly rose in the ranks and became overcome with the will to become more powerful when one day he released the three demon knights ameratsu,tsukiyomi,and sasuno after they came to him in his dreams offering to give him power, so when he released him they did give him power but at the cost of his soul and he was thrust into darkness and he left with the three demons to hell, now keisuke has been training to get stronger and save his brother from his fate

Personality: Aria is a independent but bubbly girl. She loves to spend time in nature and be around her friends. She loves to take risk and learn new things. But Aria does anger quickly. Especially if someone puts anotherʼs life in danger, they make fun of her or there just plain out stupid. She is usually impatient and likes to move at a fast pacing, which in the end causes trouble for her friends.

Bio: Aria comes from a long line of kings and queens, her being a princess was something that never really interested Aria, the only thing she likes about the role is she can make her people happy. Education had always been important to Ariaʼs family and to herself so when they came across the school and learned all that it could benefit Aria was soon signed up. *Iʼm a new girl*

1. Name: Zahina

Age: 17

Race: Vampire

Personality: Kind, sweet, has a short temper, can be very romantic.

Appearence:

Bio: Zahina was born to a very loving family, but sadly shortly after her birth, her father left her mother, not wanting the responsibility of a baby. Her mother raised her until she was about five years old, but then she got very sick. But, before dying, Zahina's mother gave her an amulet that had belonged to her father. The amulet is the key to knowing who her father was and more about her family, but, the amulet has ancient inscriptions in it that Zahina hasn't been able to translate because there seems to be no books on the language. Zahina has spent her whole orphan life trying to figure out the secrets of the amulet and its connection to her father. Also, she is part daywalker and loves to take care of kids, especially those who are/were orphans like herself. She also breaks some of the rules from time to time.

Special Powers/Abilites: Dark Tendrils

Appearence: White hair, grey eyes, and a tribal-looking tattoo on his belly. He prefers the blue polo/oxford with a black sweater vest and a black tie with his family insignia; it looks like a blood drop with white fangs forming it's borders.

Personality: Very angry, sometimes acts emo, but sometimes tells his friends about the good days from where he used to live (no one really knows where)

Bio: Zeik was born to Tobias and Emilia Hunter, who were soon killed by the vampire clan that turned Zeik himself. The vampire clan used him in a cultist ritual where they opened his chi to darkness. This is how he summons the tendrils: he releases the chi into his hands to shoot them. He was enrolled at Mountain High Academy by his aunt and uncle, who were aching to leave him. He likes drama, archery, and Japanese, in order from hilariously good to hilariously bad.

He wears the same attire every day with his horn-rimmed glasses. As a human, he is slightly overweight with a mustache. At night, he's a black-haired wolf with ivory claws and teeth.

Personality: He tries and tries to be funny, with quick jokes that no one bothers to hear. He doesn't tolerate people who don't pay attention, and picks them out of the group to get snickers from the responsible students. He tends to studder between points, saying "uh" before repeating the exact thought he just said. The one thing that sets him off most is when some one abuses the stage or a prop.

Zeik is sitting in his coffin in room 613. He hasen't seen his new roommate yet, and he's fairly indifferent about it. He looks around. "Mahogany, what can't you do?" he asks the coffin. He's referring to the utter lack of cold in his sleeping quarters, since outside he can see blurs of people weraing coats. He can't look too long because the sun hurts his eyes. He can't even go outside yet, and he can't sleep because of a seriously scary movie he's watching. He was too lovesick to finish it, so he paused it and laid down in the casket, leaving it open. After a moment of silence, he weeped, "Why... why... W-why didn't she kiss him? She was stuck in the rain and he got the umbrella, and she clearly saw her sister with the gun. If she knew her sister would shoot Leo, then why wouldn't she confess her love? Now she'll be heart broken FORE-E-E-VER!" Then he screamed out, "Cutlass, where are you? I miss you, Cutlass. Cutlass..." He knew no one knew Cutlass, and that was okay because she was his little secret. He hit the lid of his coffin, and it fell shut. He shed a few more tears before falling asleep.
