Believe me, I know all about messed up sleeping patterns...when I first moved out of home into a flat with my girlfriend my lover would come over at 11, i'd stay up with him until 3, hed go home, id fall asleep in fromt of the television, wake up at 5.30, crawl to my bedroom and sleep till 1 o clock the next day.
