I really want to use this character in an air battle, this one is interesting to others because the setting takes place in 4 different areas the sea (UNDER WATER TOO) the air, the sky, and in the city itself. Because of the fast changing setting my opponent has to have the ability to fly, all other abilities are accepted as long as they are not god-like.

I'll be using my original character Nanoha, who uses nothing but magic, and magical tools.
the starting setting will be in the air.
it is up to the opponent to how he/she decides to enter the battle.
post limit should at least be a paragraph, or go by some old battle strategies.
opponent has to at least be active.
