Rather than doing a long intro that sounds all elaborate, I'm just going to flat out explain what this RP will be about.

A man named Satoshi Kimi came into power in Kirigakure. Being a power hungry bastard, he began training the Shinobi of his village harder than ever before, turning them into a war battalion. He then began sending out his armies to attack and bring down every other ninja village.

Members of this RP can choose to be from any village and also choose which side they wish to play on. This RP will not just focus on the war. There will be a period before the war as well as breaks during the war at which times character relationships will form.

Riku's face is usually calm and blank, showing no emotion. His skin is very pale. He wears a long white cloak that buttons in the front and splits open at the waist. The ends part and go down to his feet and are ripped at the bottom. Around his waist over the coat he wears a thick black belt that splits off into two smaller straps on the left side. The sleeves of his jacket look as if he pulled black arm warmers over it but are actually a part of the jacket. They go from his hands to halfway up his upper arm. They cover the backs of his hands but leave his palms open. 2 small belt like straps wrap around the forearms. He also wears silver wristbands. His pants are a matching white color and are plain. His black boots go up to his shins and over his pants.

Race: Japanese
Hair: His hair is a silvery white color. The bangs go past his eyes and are parted messily to the right but always seem to move perfectly to show his eyes. The sides are a bit longer, going down to his jawline. The back long though and goes down to about mid back.
Eyes:The Sclera (white part) of his eyes are black rather than white. The iris are a deep neon blue when his Taskeru is not activate. He wears very thin black eyeliner around his eyes to accent. For some reason, the appearance of his Taskeru has morphed into a deep royal purple color with black designs along the edges, rather than being the usual plain glowing red the Taskeru is known for.

Ethnicity: Mizu no Kuni

Personality: He is calm, quiet, and distant to most, but holds a few people close to him who he shows his true warming, polite, and well mannered nature. He greets friends with a bright smile and a "hello" while greeting others with a straight face and a simple nod.

• Kurozetsu- Covering Riku's shoulders from the back is a black metal plate hidden by his clothing. With the release of some chakra, 8 "tails" made out of bladed black metal will sprout from this plate where his neck and spine meet. These tails are razor sharp on either end and have a point like an arrow head at their tips. They can each extend to 20 feet in length and move as swiftly and easily as a cat moves its tail.
• 100 Senbon laced inside coat sleeves
• Riku's White Coat- The coat is made of a special fabric which can help deflect most bladed attacks.
• Wire

Special Abilities: Fierce Flooding at Will- An ability similar to one of Pein's. Pein was known for being able to create rain that could sense chakra sources, though the rain could not pinpoint the location or even direction of the source. Fierce Flooding at Will covers about a dozen square miles. The user can sense all chakra sources within it and pinpoint their exact location and strength. With increased chakra, Riku can increase the rain flow to the point where it can quickly flood an area.
Bloodline Limits: Taskeru- The Taskeru is very similar to the Byakugan with a few differences. The Taskeru can only see for around 100 meters, a much shorter range than the Byakugan. It gives the user full 360 degree vision with no blindspots. The user also sees in the normal color spectrum. They also have x-ray vision as well as thermal vision. The eyes decrease the user's perception of time, making one second seem like two. This also gives the user the necessary reflexes to act with this slowed perception of time.

Onigami Jutsu- The Onigami are masters of deceit. They have a unique jutsu that is similar to the usual Henge, though it is much more effective. Not only does the user look like the person they are imitating, though they will sound, smell, feel, and even taste like that person, able to deceive anyone. They can also cause themselves to turn invisible, though opponents with a Doujutsu that can see chakra will still be able to see them.

Background: Riku was raised by his older brother. His father had become crazed and killed his mother. He then attempted to kill Riku, but his older brother, Hitsugi saved him. Injured, Riku's father fled and wasn't seen again. Riku wants revenge for what his father did, and has been searching for his father since he was 13. Due to this, Riku did not go to a ninja school, causing him to be a 17 year old Genin. Riku's brother is currently a traveling shinobi who is home almost never. Riku and Hitsugi's relationship used to be extremely close, though has recently started to weaken. Riku feels that his brother might be hiding something from him about his past, and Riku is determined to find out.

When Riku turned 17, he was promoted to the title of Chuunin and lead a team of Genin. When he turned 18, he was promoted to Jounin and had begun searching for a new Genin team. As he returned from the Kage summit on his 19th birthday, he found out that Syra had left her post as Mizukage. Feeling obliged, Riku picked up the robes and took over as Mizukage, vowing to help return the village to a great place. About half a year later, he met Katsu, a member of his bloodline which was something he had never seen before. The two of them became close quickly. After a friendly spar, Riku realized Katsu was fit for Kage and would do a better job than he had done. He handed over his cloak to Katsu, who gave him the positions of Sannin and ANBU Captain as a sign of friendship and of Riku's own power.

Appearance:Kuroda is rather average in physical appearance, standing 5'9”, having black hair, and only weighing 150lbs, he is more likely of blending into a crowd. The main things that separate him are his green eyes that are often covered by his village's band, and his clothing style. Clothes wise, he wears mostly black, being the colors of his shirt, which has a pocket on either sleeve, shoes, and pants. However, he also wears green gloves, a green sash, a green Village band, and a white vest. Along with that, Kuroda also has four bags, two along his belt line, one attached to his right, lower thigh, and one attached to the sash on his upper-left side thigh.

Personality: Kuroda is among other things, a smart-ass, when the notices an opportunity, he will jump on the chance to show it, unless some other aspect of his personality prevents him. Among those are the fact Kuroda is introverted and has difficulty in social situations, at least at the start. If someone engages him sufficiently, he can seem mildly extroverted. For the most part, his detachment from others allows him to keep level headed and intelligent. On occasion, where a task seems easy, Kuroda might make it slightly harder on himself, like walking through some brush rather than taking the obvious path next to it. Kuroda doesn't like drama for the most part, he finds it fickle or trifling. Otherwise, when he sees fit, Kuroda is generally more adamant. Although Kuroda tends to be very loyal, he will humor ideas of betrayal.

Special Abilities: Magnetic ninja arts - A simple special ability where one's chakra is magnetic. The user can then infuse metal objects and control up to a certain range comparable to their strength, the maximum being 17.5 yards.
Bloodline Limits: (I couldn't find the name for anything, but the limit is the mouths on the palms and chest, allowing the user to infuse explosive chakra into clay.)

Background: Little of Kuroda's background, before joining the Kumogakure and serving in their Raijin Corps, is know, however what is known is this: He served as a hunter-nin for an undisclosed village with a different name. He was given a psyche evaluation after every couple of missions and he often focused on targets who faked their deaths. He later learned to do this himself and quite well. It is unknown how many times he has done this, if his current information is even his true identity, or if he will ever do it again. However, what one can be sure of, is that he is loyal to his current village and will remain so for a while longer at least.

Hair: Silver-gray, goes down to the neck in the back, the bangs reaching the bottom of the neck.
Eyes: A sort of serpentine green-blue; Red eyes when using the Sharingan
Body: He is very slender, and very agile. This makes it easier to move around, and is often quicker than his opponents.
Ethnicity: N/A

Personality: Hyosuke is, especially in comparison to the rest of his clan, a pretty happy guy. He is not consumed by the power of his clan, and this makes him easy to get along with. Though his trust is not too easy to gain, should you have it, he is loyal. He is very kind to his allies, especially if he's getting paid. But he shows no sympathy, empathy, or mercy for his enemies. He will kill anyone, should the price be right.

Fighting Style: Kenjutsu (Sword), but will use Ninjutsu as well.
Main/Favored Weapon: Yes, this is Ichigo's Bankai, but let's just say it's not. ;)
Starting Inventory: His sword, at all times, and also a spare, in case something happens to the other. He has a kunai kit, and some minor medical utensils.

Special Abilities: The average fire techniques for Uchiha: Phoenix Flower, Fireball, Dragon Flame, Exploding Flame Shot.
Lightning Techniques: Lightning Strike Armor(as a last resort), Lightning Release:Wave of Inspiration, Chidori(just a Chidori, two a day), Fangs of Lightning
Bloodline Limits: Ability to predict movements and react quickly. He has not developed his Sharingan very well, and actually feels that he doesn't need it too often.

Background: As time passed, the Uchiha clan has increased its numbers by a little bit. Amongst these scattered remains of a clan was Hyosuke. He is a mercenary, taking any job for anyone who will pay him enough. All of his life, he has been training in the ways of swordplay. Swords have always intrigued him. He also knows some Fire-Release Techniques, and rather high leveled Lightning-Release Techniques. But he mainly focuses on his swordsmanship. Recently, his work has lead him to Kirigakure. Satoshi Kimi is his target, so he is infiltrating Kirigakure to kill the cruel leader.

In light of the two mercenaries, one of whom I can say for sure won't support the Kiri based on his bio, I will transfer my loyalty to the Village Hidden in the Clouds. The Kumogakure is now allying itself with the Mist.
