40 years after Naruto Shippuden, All the villages merged with another or was destroyed and taken over. Now 4 new villages emerged. Now these 4 villages are fighting over territory. Naruto has tried again and again to keep these villages from fighting. Naruto was then killed and the Kyuubi was sealed in a stone pedastil. The four villages signed a loose treaty after Naruto's death. Sasuke then stared to lead the search for the killers. As he got closer and closer to the truth he was also taken out. Akatsuke was then accused and hunted down. Then a time of peice was found...then a new breed of Akatsuke emerged. Led by the heir of Orochimaru, their one and only goal is to destroy the villages and find hidden scrolls that show parts of the ultimate technique called the Scrolls of the Kage's. The technique was ripped to peices by all of the Kages and were hidden. Supposedly the scroll shows how to destroy everyone... The Villages turned on each other and a war was waged on each other. Akatsuke then started to grow and thrive in all of the villages. Getting closer and closer to the Scrolls of the Kage's.
(Its more like 40 years after Naruto Shippuden, Naruto is dead,Sasuke is dead, Sakura is still alive she is an old healer women)
The Village Hidden in the Forrest: This is the biggest village. They're are know bloodline traits in this village .They are strong and firm like the trees they hide behind. Naruto never had kids but use to live in this village. Leaders are known as Renstkage
The Village Hidden in the Ice: They are the smallest village. They are cold like the ice they live in but as deadly as it also. This is where Sasuke made his family with Sakura, The Sharingan Bloodline is here now with heirs to its power. Leaders are known as Chentakage :
The Village Hidden in the Darkness: Not much is known about this village. The only thing is they are sneaky and will kill at any second. Its said that people here have x-ray vision. Leader are known as Mekarkage:
The Village Hidden in the Smoke: They are the most well known: They are all fast and like to kill slowly like smoke does. The Biyakugan bloodline has been moved to this village. Leaders are known as Soromkage

She's sometimes unresponsive if she finds no need to speak, and will ignore you if she finds no interest in the topic, or the person in general. She avoids all conflict if possible, and prefers to stay out of arguments and problems.
However, she's not cold and ruthless, simply just quiet. In fact, the girl has a spot for tenderness and hospitality. But, just a bit...apathetic.
So yes.
She's the tough cookie with an inner gooiness deep deep down. Really deep down.

One reason why 'Itachi' was in her name? Well think about it, she was 'Itachi' all over again, only in the body of a girl. Ever since she was born, the prodigy of the next generations Uchiha family was already showing interest in 'pointy sharp things', such as the kunai and shuriken. The only thing she has that's any different from Itachi, is that she's not a mass murderer and simply has no intentions of killing her clan, even if she was ordered to. Once she hit the age of 8, she graduated from the Academy and went straight to Genin, where put the obvious, was made fun of due to her young age. They were responded with many cuts and bruises, until one day grouped together a large mob of genin and chuunin, jumping Reitachi. It was a long struggle to defeat them all, but the result ended well, if you minus all the severe cuts and bruises on her arms and legs. Ever since, her forearms and shins have been wrapped in bandages and gauze, hiding all the useless scars from the public eye. She became chuunin at 10, and three years later, she began to serve as a jounin, and hitting the proper growth spurt, she's matured into a beautiful girl.

Rei specializes in taijutsu and genjutsu, where ninjutsu falls out of the question. She prefers to play around with her opponent, and once they're in their little depressed state of mind, she goes in for the easy kill. Her taijutsu and genjutsu are a perfect ten, but her ninjutsu falls down to 4, or 5, only able to perform basic ninjutsu techniques. However, due to the clan's proficiency in fire jutsu, she can perform minor fire jutsu, although only minor.

Sanake, when he was young and hadn't enrolled in the Academy, was your everyday happy little cute boy. He had many friends, and loved to watch his sister train, and was extremely observant. Once he hit 7, however, his demeanor became more and more quiet and collected, and adapted to a stoic expression, showing little if no emotion at all. He's a bit of a girl magnet, but unlike Sasuke, doesn't have fangirls swarming him everywhere he goes.

Sanake is the younger brother of Reitachi, who just like the story of Itachi and Sasuke, lives in the shadow of his older sister. Although, unlike Sasuke, his father actually paid attention to him and had a high standard, but would be proud of Sanake's achievements. He enrolled into the Academy when he was 7, graduated at the age of 12, and is currently preparing for the next chuunin exams. He grew up just like any other typical Uchiha kid, where his ninjutsu may fall ahead of some others. After the aid and tutoring of Reitachi, he found his taijutsu was gradually getting better. It was a slow progress, but using some persuasive tactics and puppy-dog eyes, it was better than nothing.

I want to make a character who doesn't belong to any village but is still considered an ally like a last remnant from the hidden mist village who fights under no flag or nation but works for them all.

Bio(optional): Kai was the Son of Neji. He didn't take his last name for fear of being kill by Akatsuke who was killing anyone who had potential...and Kai had and still has potential. At 3 he let his Biyakugan out and at 7 he discorvered a new form which allowed him to see peoples true intentions. It was like he had a lie detector built into his Biyakugan. At 10 he worked with his squad to become a chunin and became a Jonin because of his strength when a Akatsuke member attacked the village. He became an Anbu when the Kage was about to die and Kai cut off the Akatsuke member who was attackings, chakara points and killed him within 10 seconds. He was trusted to be the Kage when the old Kage died. This all happened before he turned 16. Now he is the Soromkage and has two ninja being trained by him (somone can be this genin :p)
Weapons: Standard Ninja gear and two duel blades that he conceals until the right time to kill
Specialty: All around good fighter, wind jutsu and Fire Justsu.

Bio(optional):Miu was abandoned as a baby and found by some smoke village nin. They took her in and when they saw that she had the rinnegan were surprised. Though she cant use the rinnegan properly. Only subconciously and can only activate one of the release abilities from it when in the subconcious state. She also immediately faints if she uses it for over a set amount of time that varies depending on her condition. But she is insanely fast and has taught her self a lot. At the moment she is being taught by Kai because her chakra levels are very high and it grows everyday.
Weapons:some kunai and a shuriken with dual blades and armblades(switches depending on situation)
Specialty:one of The fastest person in the smoke village(she isnt the fastest cause she is just a genin) and uses wind jutsu for now

Hey Holy we are going the dual element combo right I have no idea what it is really called but when a person has two elements they can sometimes gain access to a third secondary element.
Like Yamato's has water and earth elements and then he has access to the wood element as well.
Me I only know two secondary elements and the combination for them one of them is right above this and the other is the Ice element used by the infamous Haku who's true elements were water and wind.

So on the night of her 14th birthday she ran away to try and get them to accept her into the Akatsuki. She's long renounced her sister and has focused only on doing the missions set in front of her and one day aqquiring the power to become one of the most powerful shinobi in the world.

During these times it's best not to do something that would anger her, because she fights with the fury of an angry teenage girl. A lot. Other than that Keiko usually likes to help those around her and focus on improving her jutsu.
Bio(optional):(WIP)Born in the Village Hidden in the Smoke, Keiko grew up with her twin sister Kiyoko happily until they both turned 14. The night of her birthday Kiyoko dissapeared from the village, never to be seen again. So on the night of her 14th birthday she ran away to try and get them to accept her into the Akatsuki. Personality:Mostly bright and happy, Keiko is quite happy being a shinobi in the village hidden in the Leaves. There are times though when she'll grow very quiet and thoughtful, seemingly off in a different world. During these times it's best not to do something that would anger her, because she fights with the fury of an angry teenage girl. A lot. Other than that Keiko usually likes to help those around her and focus on improving her jutsu.
Bio(optional):(WIP)Born in the Village Hidden in the Smoke, Keiko grew up with her twin sister Kiyoko happily until they both turned 14. The night of her birthday Kiyoko dissapeared from the village, never to be seen again. After this, Keiko threw herself at the Kage, begging him to take her on so she could become strong enough to go after her sister and bring her back someday.

Ok I may be out of place for saying this if I am just ignore it I'm mostly ranting and talking about the sharigan's abilities though I must warn you there is a spoiler warning for the people who didn't read the manga.
I just remembered something about the mangekyuo there are two ways to get it and a third way to upgrade it.
Itachi's way kill his best friend.
Sasuke's way kill his brother.
And Uchiha Madara's well he killed both his best friend and his brother giving him the double mangekyo.
the mangekyou's abilities are :
Tsukiomi
Ameteratsu
And the third
Susanoo.
Rinegans abilities are:
Complicated but it uses Six different dead people as well as the original.
But I don't understand why Darkclowns miu's last name is uzumaki if she is a naruto's child which is the only way her name would be uzumaki because the rest of the Uzumaki's died when the fourth hokage sealed the nine tails and Pain is only related to Naruto through Jiriya they had the same master Naruto and Pain both learned from Jiriya and in this roleplay Holy said Naruto never had kids so I'm assuming she just took the name Uzamaki.

Its fine your rant and i didn't want to go into detail but i did say no Mangekyou yet and not to make a sibling or a best friend to kill them to get it.
One Clown is a boy lol. Your right though and he cant be an Uzamaki but im letting it slide since his chara isn't the child or Naruto. He explained that it was a child and she chose the name Uzamaki to use as her last name since she is an orphan. I dont think she should really be able to use the Rinnegan though. Maybe get unlucky and use it but hurt herself alot.
But thank you for the rant and it cleared things up for people who dont want to listen to me *stares at everyone...just for fun*
