Well guys, I was thinking of creating a Naruto type RP and I was thinking instead of following the Original Naruto and Naruto Shippuden story with the same characters and events and twists and all that stuff, that we make all that on our own. Well of course we'll use the same idea as Naruto as far as the characters being ninjas. We'll keep the same ranks, same jutsus(feel free to create your own, but if so spend time on it NO ONE ULTIMATE MOVE and crap!), same villages(feel free to create your own along the same guidelines as the jutsus.) So basically the only thing changing is characters, some jutsus and villages, and plots.

So if anyone is interested in helping out with the developing of this RP feel free to post ideas here. (I have a few but they're still in the works. heh heh)

Yes I was thinking about a similar idea.

Perhaps it should be we are all from the same village. (some form of ultimate village that has almost all of the most powerful jutsus) and we are just now forming up into our squads of genin. So that way we are all new to the ninja way. Except for the few of us who will be the Senseis.

Later on in the story could be a civil war/rebellion in this village.

Just an idea.

Ahhh, great think Ceur!
I was thinking just that ya' know except with a whole story behind how the villages or antagonist of that village came to be like that. We could all be from the same village or to make sure there is variety when it comes to character development, some characters can be from other villages and were either raised or moved here.

Great, so that makes 3 of us that are willing to work on this RP. I was hoping for it to be a very detailed and somewhat literate RP, that cool with you Guys? Oh, and glad to have you Aya.

Yes but don't put a word count minimum for posts. Those peeve me off lol.

Anyway I was thinking that possession jutsus (Like the nine tails, or Gaara's shikaku) would be forbidden. Just because it is simply unfair for those who aren't possessed.

Sweet idea, man. Somewhat literate sounds good, but I agree with the now word count. I pretty much set my standered by the sites word counter. And the Tailed Beasts/ do sound pretty unfair.

TexasMechanism and yea I also agree with that we could have people who posses the beasts but sort of maybe limit there power (I'm guessing that's what this is about correct?)

When it comes to bloodlines you should put a limit to how many of each type you can think of or just a certain number of how many all together. which ever one you go by, maybe you could let the one of the players be a little more creative by letting him/her make a self made bloodline.

I was thinking that the bloodline jutsus should all have to be original jutsus.
So Sharingan and Bakugan could be with anyone to a certain extent. However these original Bloodline Jutsus be completely original.

You're got the right idea Aya.
As to your statement Exile, that sounds wonderful to me. I was thinking exactly that except with limitations. The one thing I don't want is everyone begging to have a custom Kekkei Genkai.
That's totally good Ceur, it's what I had in mind. I'm glad we had the same thoughts.

For the custom Kekkei Genkai some of the players could ask for it and you chose one of them. they only get it.

Ahh great idea Exile. Do you think a system of them creating one(actually putting time into it) and one of us checking over it and saying whether or not they can apply would work?
@Chari- The beast are a bit over board, but i was thinking we make them NPC controlled by one of the GM's and leave it at that. GM's can create beasts but to a limit dealing with how many and the power of the beast. We don't need a GOD beast. Oh, and yes! I hope to make this RP as literate as possible.

Indeed. I'm saying we ask for highly detailed character sheets.(No Pictures, just a highly detailed appearance paragraph or two.)
The same goes for the Kekkai Genkai creation sheet. They will have to create specific jutsu with much detail, tell it's weaknesses and why they're weaknesses, and any other add-ons to the Genkai such as transformations. We're gonna' be looking for some detailed stuff.

Well Aya, when character creation comes around just a rough idea of what you want you character to be seen as and I'll write the detailed appearance for you. Sound good?
