Lizzy beamed up at Dustin. "One of the many thing i love about you." She murmured. Lizzy slid out of his arms and turned to face him. He was cute, funny, and from what she could tell he liked her. She took a step closer to him then another untill her body was against his. Pressed close she could feel the beating of his heart. She wraped her arms around him and kissed him. Full on.

Emeral turned and walked away, and Randy shrugged. She and Dustin definitely shared the same characteristic of suddenly blowing people off with no explanation. He'd speak to her some other time. He turned and spotted Violet. He didn't know what she was worried about. He thought she looked darn good in a bikini. She was conversating with another gentleman, so he wouldn't bother her. He crouched down on the towel and slipped on his sunglasses to relax.

"Bye Josh" Violet said walking away waving. She was walking the beach when she saw Randy. She had decied not to bothet him earlier when he was with that girl. She went up to him. "Hey" she said "What's up? I've been looking for you." she said smiling. She suddenly felt akward and crossed her arms. She looked around.

Randy looked up at her and smiled. "Looking for me, huh? I like hearing that kid of thing from a girl." He took off his sunglasses and set them down. 'I'm just enjoying the end of another glorious day. What are you up to?"

Randy looked her over. "I like it very much." For extra emphasis, he gave her a wolf whistle. "Well, I like hearing that a girl's looking for me, as long as she's not a skank."

"Thanks" Violet said smiling "Well I can assure you I'm not a skank." Violet said laughing quietly. Violet slowly sat on the sand. Which felt relaxing on her skin not as she imaned it like hard or scratchy.

"Yes. I spend all of my free time either on or near the beach. I find it relaxing. In the rainy season, I spend a lot of my time in my apartment reading books and watching television. I take my job in the evidence department very seriously, and when I become a police officer, I will take that even more seriously. However, I won't make the same mistake my father did. He became obsessed with the job, and his marriage crumbled. For me, family will always come first." He looked down and rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess I rambled a bit."

Violet smiled. "It's ok. I find people's lives interesting" she said "Okay that sounded a bit weird what I mean is I like listening to people. I spend most of my time on the beach or in my apartment. I finally got unpacked and cleaned. You should come by sometime and see it." she offered smiling 'it's nice talking to people' she thought

Randy turned to her. "I think I will do just that. It'll have to be tomorrow, though. And I understood what you meant. I'll be there around 5:00 PM, that's when I get off work. I'm a volunteer." He looked at the sun, then back at her. "When did you move to Los Angeles?"
