I smiled back " you forgot the happy people that dont have a care in the world" My home was now right in front of us. It had three bedrooms,each including a bathroom, walk in closet, and a king sized bed. (how I wish that was what I could aford at that age) Not to mention a kitchen and a family room. I walked in and closed the door, after she was in "uuum, there are two rooms around the corner to the left, choose one to your likeing. And there is only one rule, if I leave this town before you do or if you do............... keep the house its already fully paid for" and with that I walked to my room, I really needed a shower.

Alex ran up the steps and pick the closset empty room near her she ran into it and layed down on the bed "Alright a soft bed" *laugh* She looked around the room it was perfect for her Alex got up from the bed and looked out the window "Nice back yard" She seen a bunch of trees but it was still a beautiful vew. Alex went through the floor into the kitchen she wasn't really a fraid of the food but she didn't know if she could take anything with out asking so she just went and walked out side and sat on the front porch.

The shower was nice, and from the sound of the running I had heard she seamed to find a room alright. I could not beleive what was going on? Gently I layed out some clothes for myself and got dressed. Is this really happening? I thought

Alex was sitting on the porch not really knowing what to think she had never met anyone like her so knew there were others but she never got to meet any. She watched the wind blow in the trees then walked back inside was this real or is she asleep again. If she was she wanted to wake up soon so the dream would be over and she could just runnway from her past and her horror movie life.

I walked down stairs, she must have been starving. She was sitting outside in sort of a daze. So I went into the kitchen and started cooking. Nice, quick and easy, after about a half an hour there was pasta on the table. I walked outside, " uum dinner is in the kitchen of you are hungry?"

Alex looked back at Kay she could smell the food "Yeah oh coruse" She walked into the kitchen it smelled so good she never really had a hot dinner in along time and the way she got her dinner she would steal food from the school kitchen she didn't like to use there stoves at school because she didn't know how to cook and she didn't want to waste food trying to. "Alex looked over at the girl I'm going to tell you now so I don't have to do it later...Thank you"

I smiled at her "Your very welcome, but it was under malicous intentions that I made the food.......... I was hungry too!" I got serious " you can do whatever you want here, there is even a room to practice your powers if you would like!" and with that I sat dwon and ate the yummy meal.

Alex sat down a slowly ate the meal when she was finished she got up and walked over to the sink "Sence you cooked I'll clean" She smiled at Kay it just felt right to do. Grabbing the cooking pots and all she put them in the sink and began cleaning the dishes.
