Writer Name: imogen_22
Person Name: Charlotte Marie Thomas
Class/Clique: She's generally labelled a tomboy, and rightly so. As for who she hangs out with...well, seeing as she doesn't take part in many extra curricular activities, Charlie befriends anyone she deems worth befriending.
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Personality: Charlie is most often considered "one of the boys". She's never had much interest in fashion, or makeup, or gossip, or whatever girls her age seem to be all about. (Honestly, she wouldn't know.) She's the kind of girl who would rather spend her friday night curled up on her couch with her cat and a few close friends, watching the latest horror movie, than out at a club. Her personality is generally laid back, open and friendly, peppered with a good, if slightly sarcastic, sense of humor and an array of quirky interests. Although she doesn't excel at any particular sport other than soccer, Charlie likes doing pretty much anything active, whether it be a relaxed, two-on-two game of basketball or climbing her favorite maple tree in the backyard.
Despite the all around I-don't-need-a-boyfriend vibe Charlie emits, she does, sometimes, get tired of playing the best friend rather than the dream girl. Yes, she has many, many guy friends due to her easy-going, sporty girl attitude, but all of them tend to see her as Charlie-a cool girl, but not hot or feminine enough to date.
Background: Charlie's parents divorced when she was ten, an event that was too predictable to be in the least bit traumatizing. She grew up with her mother and younger sister, visiting her dad on weekends and over the summer. Other than that, she's had a pretty normal, contented life; nice house, enough money, a loving mother...well, sort of. Yes, Charlie knows that her very stylish, very socialite, very trendy mother cares about her, and she loves her back. But Mrs. Thomas has been trying for years to get Charlie into the more feminine, girlish aspects of life, and out of her tomboy "phase", as she puts it. Put simply, Mrs. Thomas doesn't want to accept that her daughter is more interested in last night's hockey scores than her hair being too frizzy. In one of her latest attempts to convert Charlie to the world of push-up bras, three inch heels and lipstick, she's signed her daughter up for the voluntary cheerleading team for this year. Charlie has yet to forgive her mom for that stunt.
Additional Information: Charlie has a rather overweight cat named Jasper, whom she got a year after her parents split.
