Reason For Applying : He enjoys serving others and as such working at a bar is something that came naturally to him - He likes to be of use to people and the job provides that opportunity. Also he wishes to spread the joys of cleanliness to all he can, and again; the job gives him access to a wide array of people so this aim can be fulfilled faster.

Previous Experience : He worked in several French Restaurants,; they were perhaps higher class than Gambit's, however he learned how to cook and make basic cocktails there, as well as the manners of serving.
