After weeks of hard work across the board, Gateway's Staff is proud to announce that we have cleared up the major lag issues that had been laying siege to the site for the past three weeks. It appears that the majority of the problems have been resolved and we're back to business as usual in the Forums and Chat. We want to thank everyone for their patience during this frustrating time and hope that you'll continue to enjoy all the amazing features that the Gateway community offers!

While we can't guarantee that we won't run into lag-causing problems again in the future, we don't anticipate that the site will experience the sort of problems we witnessed over the last three weeks any time soon. If anyone is experiencing problems with their account or notices glitches that need to be reported, please visit the Help Forum inside the Main Lobby and then feel free to contact a Global Moderator or any other member of the Staff.
