Name- Kira Smith
Age- Eighteen
Gender- Female
Race/Being- Warrior of the New Age
Specification- Good
Appearence- Dark, ash blonde hair that falls in straight, slightly choppy strands down to her shoulders, with bands brushing near her eyes. A few dark crimson streaks accent it, but not many. Her skin tone is about average, though slightly on the pale side. Her eyes are a bright, firey blue, and she's a little bit on the short side, standing at about 5' 3". Her lifestyle has led to her body being well toned; she has a slender build, and weighs in at about 115 lbs. Her average outfits normally consist of somewhat scrappy clothing; plain, normally dark-coloured well fitting t-shirts and tank-tops, and worn out, torn up denim jeans and shorts. The only footwear she owns is a pair of worn-out combat boots that clearly weren't made for her, but still fit her surprisingly well. Aside from that, she has a belt that she wears around her waist which contains many small compartments, which hold all of her basic utilities and the weapons she can fit. The majority of the weapons she carries on her person are hidden from view. She has a tattoo of her shoulder blades of butterfly wings; they're coloured black and white.
Weapon- Various firearms and a large collection of knives. Her firearm of choice is her M9.
Power- She has no special powers that she's aware of at this point. However, in terms of her natural abilities, she's very skilled in both armed and unarmed combat.
Personality- Her personality is somewhat of a mystery, because she tends to keep to herself more often than not. Many people who know her believe this is because she's slightly anti-social and doesn't really like people very much. This, in fact, isn't the case, but she's just fine with letting everyone believe that anyways. She's not very trusting of people she doesn't yet know well most of the time, and doesn't often reveal things about herself when she can help it. However, with people she trusts, she's very open, willing to tell them almost anything they want to know, and loyal until the end. She's very passionate about her opinions, and of those she has a lot. She's got an explosive temper when people get on her bad side. She's very honest and straightforward, to the point of being blunt, and doesn't feel the need to act a certain way to make herself seem nice. Because of this, many people have labelled her as a nasty person, but the fact is, she just doesn't like to sugar-coat anything.
Bio- Kira was only a young girl, aged eight years, when the rebellion against the monstrosity in the sky took place. Her parents, both military personelle, each took part in the stand, and each disappeared along with the thousands of others that day. Kira, though young, was very mature for her age, and when her uncle came to tell her the bad news, she understood perfectly what was going on. In fact her parents, trusting her ability to be able to handle it, had warned her beforehand that this situation was a very real possibility. Alone now, she was taken into the care of her aunt and uncle, who raised her until she was thirteen. She lived a peaceful enough life with them, as far as peace went in those times. During that time, she learned martial arts from her aunt, who was adept at the skills, but only did it to maintain her health and figure. She also trained herself in combat with a blade on her own in secret. She taught herself how to use firearms by "borrowing" from her uncle's stock at night, and returning the weapons to their places before daybreak, when her relatives would awaken. The whole time, she harboured a deep-rooted hatred and disgust for the creature that cloaked the land, which only burned more fiercely every time she turned her eyes to the sky.
Four months after her thirteenth birthday, her uncle died of a serious illness. Her aunt had been married to the man for many a year at that point, and with him gone, was unable to maintain herself. Eventually, she did nothing anymore but wander around the house, muttering his name, and apparently continuing to speak to him as if he stood right there with her. Kira knew that she could no longer count on her aunt to care for her; she spoke to her aunt's friend about caring for the woman, and that same night left to go out on her own. She took with her several of her favourite firearms from her uncle's storage, along with the various knives she'd collected through the years. They all fit inside a custom-made messenger bag she owned, which strapped around her waist to the small of her back; it contained numerous small pockets and compartments, and everything could fit inside, though the bad wasn't very big.
She spent the next few years of her life on her own, and being alone served to make her even more adept with her combat skills. She spent her time taking odd jobs where she needed to, and moving from one place to sleep to another. Her food, unfortunately, she mostly had to steal, but people seemed to care less these days anyways. Her current place of residence is a run-down apartment where she's staying for free; apparently, she has at least one other roommate, but she has yet to meet them. The owner of the apartment, an old, apparently homeless old man she met on the street, gave her a key to the place after hearing about her circumstances. She entered and found the place to be dingy, dirty, and littered with old needles and cigarette butts. She couldn't tell if they were old or recent, but she just hoped they didn't belong to her roommate. She's eighteen now, and the same anger and hatred still burn; she's sworn to dedicate herself to finding some way to destroy the abomination that took her life away.
Eventually, the being simply disappeared however, with no signs or traces of it left in the sky. she heard rumors that it had been destroyed, but she herself knew of no such thing. She was glad, she supposed, that it was finally gone, but at the same time, she was disappointed; her chance for her own vengeance was now gone.
A few years passed, and life seemed to have returned to normal, until one day things started to become strange again. The darkness seemed to be returning, and the familiar feeling of oppression was coming back. That abomination was back, she was sure of it; now she just had to make sure she didn't miss her chance again.
Made some changes to the bio section to accomadate for the story I missed. ;P

No, I'm not the girl your mother warned you about.
Her imagination was never this good. <33
