So I have this idea for a vampire RP, but requires a lot of doubling. The story is:

Two teenagers, seniors in higherschool have been friends since they were children. One is female, a very wild and carefree young woman with little self control. The other, a very calm and quiet male. Throughout their friendship, the male had always been very closed up about his problems and feelings, while the female runs to the male for every little thing.

The male had always been there for the female, of course, and one night there had been a party a classmate held for the seniors in their highschool. The female, had some sort of issue and left. She had called the male and asked to be picked up, and he came without second thoughts. It was well into the night, and the female had gotten into a fight with herboyfriend and walked off figuring she'd find her male friend on the way. She runs into a rather tall male who wouldn't leave her alone. He corners her in an ally. Her male friend had witnessed this, and once he was close enough, he jumped from his car into the ally. When he arrives, he finds this male with his mouth clenched around his female friends neck. Without thinking, he runs to shove the stranger off of her. He doesn't budge. He's tackled and blacks out. When he wakes up, he finds his female friend rocking in a corner crying. He tries to move, but finds a seering pain over taking his body, but manages to crawl to her. She screams for him not to touch her. Blood is all over the two of them. After a night and day in and out of consciousness, another large male finds the two.

He assures them he is no threat and explains what has happend to them. Of course, they find it hard to believe, but after another day of being paralyzed with pain, they find themselves transformed. The stranger advises them to leave the city and their lives, and join him some odd thousand miles in the north. They agree and travel. They are welcomed into a decent sized coven. Half of the vampires there are also newborns to the undead world learning to cope. Here, they learn the ways and are warned to not touch humans. The male has no problem feeding off of animals and such, while the female is having a very hard time.

After awhile the female is finally able to control her blood lust and is put to the test: She must go into town and walk amongst the humans. Her friend, aswell as one of the coven leaders escorts her. There, the male finds a female human. She of course, is attracted to him. But, he finds he cannot control himself around her and runs off. He does go back to town alone on another day and finds her once more, as she works at a local coffee shop. They talk. He finds that when he is around her, he can control himself, but away from her, he craves her.

They become friends, and the human falls in love with him, though he has no feelings like that towards her. Before that comes into light, the male's female vampire friend notices these changes, and becomes jealous.

Eventually, she realizes she loves him.

And more stuff will happen.


I don't mind playing the male, but if you want the part, feel free to take it. Please, send a PM if you are interested =] I honestly don't mind doing this RP with several other people as I think this can go several different ways, and also if you would like to add your own twist, I'm very open.

Since this is a love story, I understand not everyone has the same preference. I don't mind doing all males, or all females.

I'm sorry if you were trying to aim away from this, but this sounds a little TOO much like Twilight. Lol... Of course, your story doe shave its plot twists and differences from Twilight and what not, which makes it slightly more appealing, although I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of vampires... or werewolves... they are just too cliché now-a-days and it gets kind of annoying to see vampires/werewolves here and there everywhere you go. ^^;

I can say this much though, it's an interesting idea, and, obviously, there would have to be more than two people, unless you play more than one role, which is what you stated in the beginning, but I think it would be a bit better if you got a hand full of people to agree to participate in this roleplay with you, and each one can act out their own part whenever it comes.

Of course, the story is just ASKING for a bunch of plot twists and other ideas, which is a good thing, believe me. If you want it to go a certain way, or you want to avoid something in specific, you might want to mention it, because chances are that people will come up with something that you never thought possible (as well as they may come up with something that's overly used.) Hope I was of some help, I'm not sure if I'd be interested though, as I stated before, I'm not the biggest fan of vampires. ^^; So I don't give any promises, but I do say this much, I'll consider it if my RP doesn't start anytime soon.

Pretty much the only thing this plot has in common with Twilight is the fact that it has vampires and a female human falls in love with one of them. That is all. Stephenie Meyer has written a great series of books and has made vampire romances more commonly read, in other words she made them popular. The truth is though that there were plenty of vampire books before Twilight came on the market and the plot of Twilight has been done before, Stephenie Meyer is not the first person to use the idea nor will she be the last. Yes, Twilight is a good book but not everything related to vampires in these days is a carbon copy of it. Black Halo has a fairly much unique idea that i haven't seen been done before.

All in all it sounds interesting and I would like to sign up, if that's OK? I'll send you a PM though just to be thorough.

Personally, I think Twilight is an extremely well written series, but turning my attention to the roleplay I am most definetely interested. I would prefer to play the female part...I'll send a PM, and hopefully we will be able to begin.
