This beautifully moving RP is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25. The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.

I won't be able to be in this RP, but i have to say that One Litre of Tears was fantastic. I saw the movie version, and I was nearly moved to tears.

Character personality: Kyoko usually sitting in a corner reading a book while listening to music. She a bit of a aloner only because she doesn't have much social skills. So, when people try to talk to her, her mouth just has a mind of it own. She says something mean, cold, or just nothing at all (because she doesn't trust herself to say anything nice to the person she's talking to) to them. That's mainly way she's aloner, but really Kyoko just wants some friends that won't get offended by her bad mouth.
Character history: Kyoko lives with her father, who is never home, and 5 older brothers, who care little to nothing for her. The reason her brothers hate her is because their mother died by giving brith to Kyoko. Also after their mother's death, their father began to still at work or at other women's houses. Which made her brothers hate Kyoko even more. Her brothers either ignored her or abused her. There were a few times that they almost killed her by beatting her. But when she turned 16 she ran away from home, and got a job at a manga/anime store. Also lives in a small apartment near her job.

Arwen walked up the school stairs she tried to hold on to the bar with out falling,it was really hard for her to walk.

Jamie opened the door to the school, walking in ready to have fun once again.

Arwen looked at Jamie walking in to school,she stopped in the middle of going up the stairs. she looked at him while thinking in her mind that she wishes she could walk like she used too.

Jamie heard a shuffle behind him, before the door had shut. He looked back quickly, noticing a thin, pale girl staring up at him, looking like she was having trouble.

'Hey, do you need any help?'

Arwen didn't like getting help from other people it made her feel like a weak person,and she always wanted to have her dignity.

"Um..No..It's ok." Arwen said mumbling out the words,and smiled a fake smile.

Arwen kept walking up the stairs slowly trying not to fall.

Jamie looked at Arwen, her smile making him shiver a little bit. 'Really? I mean, come on.'

He walked up to her and took her thin, pale arm in his and slowly helped her up the stairs. 'Hey, what's your name?'

Arwen felt the heat of his body,she was a little embarrassed so she blushed a little. she usually hates it when people help her it made her feel sorry for herself,but this time she was happy she felt like smiling a huge smile but she didn't know how.

she looked at his eyes and answered slowly:"My name..it's..It's Arwen,Thank y o..u for the help"

Jamie looked down as she smiled, shivering again. What is that? he asked himself. 'You're welcome. I'm Jamie. What class do you have now, I'll walk you there.' Jamie noticed the reddening of Arwen's cheeks and smiled to himself, but he didn't say anything.

Jamie what a beautiful name Awren thought to herself,"J-a..Jamie I think I can go alone now,b-u..t Thank you." she let go of him at tried to walk to her English class.

Awren started crying a little beacuse she didn't feel so happy for a long time.

Jamie looked upset for a second, then walked over to her again, taking that same arm. 'Hey, no way. I'm taking you the whole way and I'm not taking no for an answer.' He smiled down at her, and saw tears in her eyes. 'Arwen? You okay?'

Arwen was surprised,she looked a Jamie.. and said in silence:"I can walk,I don't need help.I'm strong." she tried to say it in a nice way.

Awren didn't want to answer his question,she was afraid to tell him that she felt happy with him.

Jamie looked hurt. 'Ok, well nice to meet you Arwen. Hopefully I'll see you around,' he said as he walked down the hall to English class. He turned around one more time to look at her tiny, hands and sweet face. All he could feel was regret. She didn't look well at all, but what could he do?

Arwen kept walking slowly to English class,she felt a little bad about what she said. she took her time to get to class she tried not to fall.

she got to English class she opened the door a little and walked in and sat slowly in her chair. she felt useless. she felt like shes going to collapse,but she tried to sit and listen to the teacher. she felt a bit dizzy. she looked at her pale hands and thought: why am i so pale,I look like I'm dead.

Jamie heard the door open and close and he looked up. It was Arwen. He smiled as she sat down, funnily enough, in front of him. He'd never felt this attached to a girl he just met. 'Hey, Arwen. Are you sure you don't want to go to the nurse or something?'

Jamie had noticed before that she did not look at all well and he just wanted any excuse to hold her again. Or maybe he was just pushing himself towards her a little bit too much.

Arwen looked back at Jamie,she felt like he was the sun warming up her heart!
Arwen spoke to Jamie and said in a sweet voice: It's ok Jamie,Thank you for being kind to me. your a sweet person I'm sorry I was mean to you,I'm going after school with my mother to the hospital so it's ok. Arwen said and turned around looking at the teacher again.
