The male holding the pistols with the strange appearance spoke first asking him if about his presence in this place. However the girl the bat didn’t ease his worry she seemed more aggressive ready to take a swing at his skull. She paused for a moment they relaxed a little which allowed Marcus to calm down a bit. There were two others one male and one female, the former seemed rather uninterested in what was going while the girl looked scared more than anything else.

“ . . . yes I have no idea how the city got like this, but somehow I’m not in a coffin. . . I don’t know if that’s a blessing or curse. Some luck this is moving all the way here.” Marcus answered to those who spoke to him. The last statement was him indirectly letting his distaste for his current situation be known, “I assume you know how to get out of this since this is your second time in this setting.”

Marcus shifted his grip holding the neck of the guitar with his right hand as he sized up the group for a moment. He was about to speak but the massive tower caught his eyes. From his view it looked like a wedge about to cut the moon into two halves, it was beautiful yet haunting. Focusing his eyes back on the group though like looked strange, they seemed to be decent . . . or really good actors.

“You wouldn’t happen to be heading towards the tower would you?” he asked the group, “whatever the case I might as well tag along since we seem to be the people 'alive' right now.”

Boris looked at Riku curiously, he didn't peg him as the most caring or compassionate soul. Then again, Boris had only known Riku for a few hours, so any judgement would be very unlikely. About that time, Roux said something that Boris didn't pay much attention two, but he noticed the smell of burnt flesh. Rather than breathing for his nose, he switched to his mouth. Then, Boris just stood where he was taking in his surroundings, now that they confirmed someone else was in the nightmare with them. Unaware of what the other two had said or done to the other, Boris walked over with his wooden sword draped over his shoulders and his hands hanging from its top. Boris kept his mouth shut, his face straight, and his arms limp, not interested in provoking any reaction, instead, he let Riku and Roux do all the talking.
