Is there a technical term for a tiny fear of moths?

I'm not too fond of moths...I don't mind them as long as they're in another room, or not moving or hidden, but once they start moving or flying towards me, big or small I freak out.

Just recently, dolls have started to scare the shizz out of me. Like, those glass-porcelain dolls that look sort of real. Oh my bhudda they scare me...

Um, my greatest fear would probably be the fear of moths. I don't know why....or if it has a name. But the things are freaky! They are like scitzo how they fly around and ugh! HATE THEM!

I also am afraid of loseing things,even though I'm organized to a T. I've only lost like four things in my life but I am terrified I'm going to lose something important.

And pencils, the wooden ones. I don't know why but the things acutally scare me. I can't use them at school or anything. I even have to draw with mechanical pencils...which is more different than one would realize...

My two biggest fears are kinda odd. Well one a lot odder than the other and I can't find a term for either one.

I am utterly TERRIFIED of roller coasters. I am twenty years old and I literally have a panic attack when standing in line for a coater. I've only managed to get on a small one in South Carolina, and I was FREAKING OUT until I went down the first hill.

I HATE mousetraps. Okay maybe I don't FEAR them per say, I just don't like being real close to them. I like have this vision of the mousetrap up and SNAPPING onto some part of my body. And the idea of something made to break and animal's neck kinda makes me uncomfortable.

Can you explain why you say oh my bhudda? As this is technically disrespect to anothers religious beliefs, possibly even sacrilige. Though considering many places have a colloquially acceptable phrase in oh my god it's probably just as bad and I can't really criticise you. I'm just wondering why you say it, I'm fairly sure you've stated being a Christian

If what you say is true, then saying oh my God is disrespecting Christianity. I say oh my bhudda because 1.) I am not bhuddist, so it doesn't matter if I disrespect them or not. 2.) Sacrilege and sin are not the same, as any GOOD Christian should know. I was Christian for much of my life and I know the difference, so should you. It can be said to perform a sacrilegious is a sin. But performing a sinful act is not necessarily sacrilege. It is indeed sacrilegious to say 'Oh My Buddha' though it would not necessarily be a sin under Christianity to do so, I would argue it is still a sin because it is profanation of something held sacred, and profanity is a sin.

"Respect Thy Neighbour" is also a foreshortening of one of the Ten Commandments, and surely there is no part of that law that says "except for those buddhist gobshites over there".

As far as the sacrilege thing goes, it doesn't matter if it's sacred to YOU. No one CARES about what's sacred to YOU. The bible wasn't written for you, it doesn't give a rats' ass about you. It was written for people to read and use as a guideline to better themselves as people. Not for fools like you to make a joke of.

I never said it annoyed me, not am I gettind mad or expressing any anger in any way. If I appear somehow to be telling you off then I apologise because my intention was simply to say that it is disrespectful and sacrilegious to make fun of Buddha. You seem to have ignored the part that said 'held sacred' this means something considered to be sacred by someone, not sacred to you personally or to the religion you belong to. If you still find there is an arguement against this then I will refer you once again to the Respect Thy Neighbour part.

I will state once more I was not getting upset but in reply to your statement that you should get upset because people say oh my god, I have stated twice now that I find the continual use of oh my god as a colloquial exclamation offensive to Christianity.

I will close my arguement by saying that anyone who refers to Buddha as "a fat statue" and sees disrespecting another religions holy figure as an acceptable expression of individuality has no right to be upset when people disrespect or de-value God, as it is largely the same as disrespecting or de-valuing Buddha (though I would like to say Buddha is not a god as many think, he is a sacred figure, more similar to Mohammad or Jesus if you want to look at it that way)

Alright. Addiction: No one asked for your opinion. BUT, since you gave it, I'm going to tell you that the Bible WAS written for me. It was written for everybody. It is God's Word that He has spoken to us, and we, as Christians, should follow His Word. It is not a book of guidelines, it is a book of the Truth. Personally, I agree with how you don't call yourself a Christian, because you do not sound like one.

Th only thing that I fear so much that if threatened with it I would completely collapse (metaphorically) is the fear of being both blind and deaf. Seriously, it's not the being blinded or deafened that I fear, but once I am blind and deaf that fills me with terror; the idea of being cut off from the world beyond extremely simple expressions is unberable for me.

Okay, Bhudda is not a God. Therefore IT DOES NOT MATTER! As master of this topic I say that the phrase is somewhat amusing and he can use it all he likes.
