Fern heard James whisper in her ear and tried to keep her face straight as she winked at him. "I'll have to consult my schedual." She joked. She was free and he knew she was but she wasn't one to just say YES straight out. It was always hidden in little words and beating around the bush.

She glanced at everyone. "Well there's only like...ten minuutes of class left anyways. No point going now." She grinned brightly. "Lets get out of here."

Roxy was notecing those small actions. "So what, you two are like, going out now?" She asked and stood up. She was rubbish at P.E, but she wasn't dumb. She knew exactly what was happening. She sighed to herself and stood herself up. She put her hand to her head as she stood up to quickly and pressed her fingers into her temples. "God, I'm never doing that again" She sighed to herself, and pressed her arm against a nearby wall to steady herself.

She laughed when James tickled her sides. She was extremely ticklish and she arched away from him. Fern felt her face reden a little when Roxy brought up her and James being together. She glanced at him but he clearly was not going to give her any back up. it was her decision. Were they together? She knew that if she said yes, she would have to deal with him constantly hitting on other girls. It was just something he did. It was something James did, but then again, she really did like him and the kiss had felt like more than just a one night stand kinda kiss, come to my house later and we'll have a party kinda kiss. Maybe there was hope after all.

"Um...yeah...I mean...yeah you could say that." she said, face more than a little red now.

Tyler nodded at the mention of getting to his house. "Yeah, we probably should. Just give me a minute to call my mom." He walked away a few feet, took out his cell, and dialed "Home". His mom picked up on the second ring. "Hey, mom, it's me. I jus thought I'd give you the heads up that I'm bringing th whole gang home with me today. We're going to rehearse." His mom went ballistic. "Oh, I just love it when you guys come over. I'm going to start making my cinnamon buns!" He hung up after that.

Roxy smiled at Tyler and walked towards him. She leant to his ear and whispered. "Just because you won doesn't mean your not sharing. You may not give them to me willingly, but I shall get them" She giggled and as she pulled back she silently added. "And maybe you" She skipped towards the group so if he heard he wouldn't question her so soon. She peeked over her shoulder at him and winked, sticking her tongue out the side. "So, are we off then?" She asked everyone in general.

Tyler wlaked back over to the group, confused as to what Roxy had whispered to herself. He shrugged it off though and moved back to the huddle of his friends. "We can head over to my place now. Mom's making the buns, and the garage is open for practice." He leaned closer to Roxy. "I was going to give mine, anyways. Even though I love my mom's cooking, we have the buns way to often, so I've grown tired of the taste. You're welcome to my share."

Roxy smiled as she resisted the urge to turn her head, meaning they would kiss. But then she fake pouted. "Well that's no fun then, Is it?" She said and grinned as she crossed her arms over her chest and turned her head only slightly, barely noticable unless you where as close as they where. She bit her lip as she looked at him from the corner of her eye and whispered. "I will tell you something after band practice, and you have got to promise me you wont treat me any different after I tell you if we decide nothing else will happen" She looked at his body language to see if he was confused or not and giggled a little to herself.

Fern noticed the way Roxy kept leaning into Tyler and nodded knowingly. so that was what her and Lizzie had talked about. She had a thing for Ty. She giggled at this, coming up to put her arms around both of them.

"Come on, you two can have some mom and dad time later. Band practice remember?" She cast a small glance at James and winked behind her other friends backs so they didn't see. Her and James would have some time as well and she knew it.

They left the school and after sliding into her rollerblades, took off for Ty's house.

Tyler gave Roxy a questioning look, but before he could say anything, Fern interuppted them, reminding them about practice. Tyler blushed deep red, but put on a grin to hide it. "Us mom and dad? Looks who's talking!" He pointed towards her than James, then back at Fern, and then poked her stomach, reminding her of the earlier discussion. "But she has a point. Let's move out, people!"

On the way to his house, he made sure to be walking next to Roxy. Tyler needed to ask her somethin. When he was sure no one else was listening, he leaned close to her ear. "I must ask you. Does what you have to say to me after practice have anything to do with our conversation during P.E.? About how much I liked you?"

Roxy nodded. "Kinda" She replied and blushed a little. Then she looked at Tyler and Lizzie and blushed some more. Seeing couples kiss wasn't that bad, but seeing her brother and friend kissing as a couple sort of made her slightly uncomfortable. She was sure that would be the same with the others if she done that with Tyler, not if that would ever happen, but it was still something she didn't really enjoy seeing. She bit her lip and waited with Tyler and Lizzie, her arms crossed over her chest. She kept sneaking looks at Tyler and smiling to herself internilly.

She kissed him back when his arm went around her neck, even pausing her roller blades a little so he didn;t have to run to keep up. "Only on one condition, Loverboy." She said, weaving her arm into his. "I get to be the girlfriend." she joked with a grin. There was nothing in the world that could get her to stop teasing him. Even if they were together now, things would be mostly the same except for...

She kissed him again as if to seal the deal.

...yeah...that.

She spotted Roxy blushing and gave her an apologetic look. Roxy was her best female friend and now that her brother was her boyfriend, she hoped nothing would change there. She knew it had to be awkward for her to watch the two of them as a couple considering James was her big brother and all.

"Looks like Roxy doesn;t approve." She laughed to James, tilting her head up at him.

Roxy tensed up. When she walked she walked straight past Fern and James and puased just a little ahead of them so she didn't see. "I don't dissaprove, it's just kinda wierd" She said, then added on "For me anyways". She sat on a persons wall as she waited for Lizzie and Tyler to catch up. She kicked her legs on the wall and bobbed her head side to side like a child. She was bored. She jumped down from the wall and started skipping down a lane, a different way to Tylers, the way that they never went.

Fern smiled to Roxy. "We promise to behave while you're in the room." She said truthfully, at least until she got used to them being together like they were. She felt James strumming against her side and giggled a little as he brought up Roxy seducing Tyler. "Tell me about it. Ty's got her wrapped around his finger and he doesn't even know it yet." She sighed. She did want them to be together considering Roxy would be so much happier butt again, she didn't want all this to change their friendship in any way. They had been together as long as she could remember.

She saw Roxy beginning to walk down a differant lane and tilted her head as James kissed her neck, sending shivers up her spine. She took his hand in her own as she called out to Roxy. "Hey, Where are you going?" She called out.

Tyler rushed after everyone, seeing as he had somehow fallen behind. Watching Fern and James togther made him glad. They always had seemed to like each other, but had never eally acted on it. eeing them like this now was heart-warming. Tyler wondered if he would ever have that. It seemed Roxy thought so, but he couldn't be sure he could ever think of Roxy as more than a friend. Sure, she was very pretty, beautiful really, but hwo weird would it be?

He noticed that Roxy had staryed off in the opposite direction. He called after. "Hey, Rox, did you forget where I lived? You're going the wrong way."

Roxy turned to Tyler. "No, I'm just going through a shortcut I found once" She shouted and poked her tongue out. She laughed and started running before she leant and rested against a wall two minutes later. She breathed in deeply and looked down the alley. She needed to think. She knew he didn't like her, but if she didn't tell him she never would be able to. She put her head in her hands and sighed.
