"You think I don't notice that, Jake?" Maria half-shouted, climbing up onto another of the cages, followed by a struggling Ryuu.

Ryuu stared down at the water, then shook his head. "He's right, Maria. Electricity would help."

"I know that, Ryuu, but where the hell are we gonna get something like that?" She snapped loudly at her Pokemon. He flinched back, then looked back down, trying to think of something.

"Crap..." Maria muttered to herself, following her Pokemon's eyes to the flooded floor.

Team A:

Hideo snapped out of his confusion. Now that he knew the floor tiles were there he would wouldn’t get knocked out so easily again. His Turtwig followed suit but avoided the confusion his partner fell into. Flying type pokemon just what Synth didn’t want to see, but the Pidgetto saw it, still looking okay even after a hit by a guitar. The Pidgetto swooped down and sent a gust hurting Synth due to being super effective yet luckily Synth reduced the damage by withdrawing into his shell before it hit. Hideo cried, “Synth! Are you ok?”

The courageous Turtwig smirked even after taking damage, “Don’t think I’m so weak! Take this!” Turtwig threw a weird seed at the Pidgetto that seemed to absorb some of it’s health recovering a bit of the damage Turtwig took. The seed disappeared once it activated and Hideo took the opportunity to strike the now low flying Pidgeotto with his sword. The sword pierced its body but it wasn’t enough. Turtwig ran up and tackled it as hard as he could turning it to dust.

“C’mon! The enemies are almost dead! We can win this!” the Turtwig shouted confidently. Hideo nodded in response. Hideo was slightly worried about the injury Loretta took but the enemy had to be dealt with first.

1st move: Tackle, 33/35PP
2nd move: Withdraw, 39/40PP
3rd move: Absorb, 24/25 PP
4th move: Razor Leaf, 24/25PP
Birthmark move: Fire Spin, 5PP

Team B:

Due to the level of water in the room and the age of the equipment it took a while for the systems to realize there was a water spill. Sirens flashed and an alarm was sounded.
“Warning Water tank Burst! Initiating Draining Sequence!” With that the water started to drain in the room, taking away the cursed water pokemon’s advantage but not eliminating the threat they posed.
