Your RP Name; Carolina Keegan(Cari, usually)
Your RP Age; 17
Your RP Appearence; Dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, tan, slim.
Your RP Personality; Sweet, caring, friendly, protective
Your RP Biography; Carolina was 15 when she was taken away from her birth parents. She has two siblings who are both older. Ami is 21 and Jon is 15. Jon is at the new house with her. When Ami was 18 and Cari was 14, Ami got pregnant and her parents kicked her out because it was just another mouth to feed in a house that was too full already. Social services took Jon and Cari away when their mother was arrested for prostitution. Their father died from alcohol poisioning shortly after Cari's 10th birthday.

Cari looked at Gee and sighed. "Are you going to keep it?" She had known Gee the whole time she had been at the new house. "I'll help you, my sister had a baby when I was 14.." Her voice trailed off as she knew the teen was tired. "New youngsters here are always the worst." Carolina sat on her own bed which was beside Gees. She wasn't sure if Gina was listening to her or not but it was worth a try.

"Yeah, I'm going to keep it. I want to be a good mother. I don't want to end up like him," Standing again, she walked to the mirror and pulled her shirt up so she could see it.
"It's either one very big baby, or twins," She remarked to herself. "I hope it's only one. I don't know how I'd be able to cope with twins," She hadn't been for an ultrasound since she first got pregnant, and that was just to see how far along she was. The first month when her period hadn't came she had gone to Roz, explained what she thought it was and cried for an hour. Now she was used to it. She had to be, she didn't know where she could get an abortion. Pulling her shirt down again she returned to her bed, this time facing Cari.
"Did your sister keep hers?"

Roz nodded in appology at Gina, taking Katie's hand again and leading her away gently. She could feel small tears prickling at her eyes, but she did her best to ignore them, biting her lip hard to stop herself from crying at the memories.

"Sorry..you can't." she said slowly, turning to smile weakly at the little girl.
"For whatever reason, the social have decided you're better off here. Maybe your Mom and dad can't take care of you as well as they should or something.." Roz said in the gentlest voice she could manage, bending to kneel down at Katie's height.
"Maybe you can go home eventually, but right now you need to stay here."

"Yes, she did. When I turn 18, I plan on moving in with her. She had a beautiful girl and she named it Hanna." Cari looked at her compassionately. "If you want me to, I will help you. I know what it is like." She thought about how hard it was for Ami. "Ami could talk to you if you wanted. I know you are scared." Carolina looked around the big room remembering what it was like to live somewhere normal and to have privacy. "Maybe you could come live with us, this is no place to raise a child."

"It's not really the upbringing. Me, Roz and Holly raised Emma, so I'm experianced. It's the birth. What if the drugs don't affect me and I have to give birth without me? Or if the drugs kill my baby?" I don't want that to happen," She said quietly, lying back on her bed. After a few minutes she stood up again.
"I'm going for a walk." She said, leaving her room, and walking through the house.

Your RP Age; 14
Your RP Appearence; Tall, Native American so she has tan skin, long brown hair, and brown eyes. Scar across her right eyebrows and scars over her arms.
Your RP Personality; Shes not one to tell a lie, unless its for her safety. Kim is usually outgoing, but being put into the foster home was taken a toll on her. Now, she is withdrawn, but listens to everything around her. She can be very nice, but can be very mean. She hates people who lie.
Your RP Biography; At the age of nine months, Kim was abandoned in a motel room with her 2 year old brother Joseph. Living in many foster homes, her real birth mother never tried tracking them down. At the age of thirteen, her and Joseph ran away from the foster home, but got caught by the police. Kim was found on the streets, completly ragged and tired. They immediatly brought her to a new foster home.

Kim was huddled up in the corner, wrapping her arms protectively around herself, clutching her sides. She felt really tired, but she forced her eyes open. All this time, she was listening, and her doubt grew and grew with every reassurance.
"How do you know?" she asked quietly, to the girl with red hair. She frowned a bit. "How do you know this place is so safe?" Kim wasn't trying to pick a fight. No, it would make her too tired.

Rosaline's eyes fell on the fourteen year old in the corner and she sighed a little. She knew the girl a little, though she'd never really spoken to her much.
"Kim..isn't it?" She said gently, standing up once more.
"Well, for starters, the people running this place have all had to have police checks. They're not the sort of people to hurt kids...so yes. You are safe here Katie. And Anyway you've got me to take care of you now, remember? I won't let anything bad happen to you."

Kim felt a cold feeling settle in her stomach. She was just wondering, but the little girl was now doubting her own safety. Feeling horrible, she said, "Don't worry. Roz...? Well, Roz will take care of you, like she said."
Kim smiled a bit, and if felt a little unnatural. When was the last time she had smiled? She couldn't remember.

"I'm sorry," she offered to Roz, hoping she didn't cause trouble. She caused too much trouble yesterday anyways.

Gee soon found her sister, the little girl and someone else. Kim, she thought her name was.
"Make way for the fat lady," she said, winking at Katie. Hopefully she'd recognise the joke from earlier.

"It's fine." Roz said softly to Kim, giving Katie's hand an affectionate squeeze.
"It'll be more than not so bad. It's going to be great!" She said to the little girl, grinning widely.

Gee took Katie's hand and put it on her stomach, where the baby was kicking.
"You said you wanted to hear it talk, and this is how it talks," She said with a smile to the younger girl.

Kim didn't know if she could trust anyone in this place, or even outside. The streets were hard enough, and the other foster homes were really horrible. What would make this place different?
She nodded her head, and said, "Alright. So... Are you the leader or something of this place?"

The girl Roz, she thought, seemed to be in such control. The little girl Katie seemed to only listen to her, and Kim smiled a bit again, her features relaxing. She uncurled her arms and stretched them out, not feeling so withdrawn.
