Personality: Hates formalities. His pet peeve is being called "Master", which makes him "...feel so old." Can sometimes revert to his former mercenary ways, but not always. Usually tries to have some kind of witty comeback when someone tries to insult him (typically not very good comebacks). Despite this, he is a clever tactician and good battlemaster.
Biography: Kyle began his life as farmer on Sulon. He became educated at the Imperial Academy on Carida. During his time on Carida, Katarn's mother was killed by a malfunctioning BT-16 Perimeter droid. During the bulk of the war, Katarn supported the Empire, becoming a decorated member of the Imperial Special Operations. Little did Katarn know, his father was a supporter of the Rebellion. Kyle lost his father during an attack on his homeplanet Sulon, which was officially recorded as a Rebel Attack. For a long time, Katarn hated the Rebels, himself plotting many operations to foil their efforts. However, he met a woman named Jan Ors, who introduced him to Mon Mothma. Since then, Katarn served the Rebellion as an inside agent. After the war, Katarn taught what he knew of the Force to an apprentice named Mara Jade. Katarn briefly succombed to the Dark Side but was rescued by Mara. After this, Katarn went on to serve as a teacher at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy on Yavin 4. He was a master of two apprentices, named Rosh Penin and Jaden Korr, both very talented. During his time with Mara Jade, Katarn made an enemy out of Desann, a former student of Luke's, and Tavion, a student of Desann's. Jaden killed Yavion on Korribon, but Desann's whereabouts are currently unknown to Katarn. Recently, Katarn is aiding Luke with the rebuilding of the Jedi Order. He serves as a Master in Luke's academy, as well as a Battlemaster. His closest friends are Jan Ors, Luke Skywalker, Corran Horn, and Kyp Durron.

He/she would have to be at least moderately wealthy, that is the only factor that is needed for this to work. Other than that, he/she can be whatever/whoever you want.
